Chloe who has been assisting and helping me has been absolutely amazing! I’ve had to wait a LONG time for my DBS and she didn’t fail daily to keep trying to help and try to speed up the process!

Our company used their services for our weekend events. They are absolutely amazing. We have full faith in Racheal, the way she handles our son is wonderful. :)

I have worked at several creches and babysitting events for tinies west midlands over the last few years and have thoroughly enjoyed every single one. They are always incredibly well organised and all the staff working are friendly and welcoming.
With over 30 years experience in childcare including 3 grown up children of my own I can honestly say that working with tinies west midlands is always a real pleasure.
With the creches, there is always lots to do for all the ages catered for and children have a great time and go home having really enjoyed themselves.
Last night was a babysitting event and once again was well organised from start to finish with all carers knowing exactly what they were doing and each family being assigned a carer. Communication was great throughout the evening so the parents could relax and enjoy their evening knowing their children were safe and well looked after.
Thank you Lisa @tinieswestmidlands for organising these events/creches. I look forward to the next one.

I recently joined Tinies when looking for a new job. Georgia from Tinies helped me to find a new job and has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She really does add a personal touch and will check in regularly to make sure you are ok or to see if there is anything you need. I highly recommend Tinies.

I've been working with Tinies for the past 7 months after returning to work from having my own little one. Tinies are able to provide the work/life balance I was looking for, and being able to work flexibly is a huge advantage when having my own child to care for. Lucy and Georgia are always on hand if I have any questions and have been welcoming and supportive from day 1. There is never any pressure to take a placement at a nursery if it is unsuitable for any reason (such as being too far) and they are always quick to find a setting to support, and even if things change, the communication is always there. All the nurseries I have supported are welcoming, and it's always good to visit and help out various settings, although the stability of being at a couple of nurseries consistently is great in building those relationships with staff, parents and most importantly the children!

I've recently joined Tinies, I'm doing a mix of nannying and nursery work which is really fun. Working with Jenny and Emma has been very easy and professional. Communication is excellent. I'd definitely recommend Tinies 😁

I have been an emergency nanny for Tinies for 6months now. Lucy has been great with communication and support. The registration process was thorough which is good as it shows they check the Nannie’s they hire very well.

I have been working for Tinies Berkshire for 5 months so far and they are an excellent company to work for. My consultant Lucy is amazing, she always finds me work every week and the communication and updates from her are great.

I was stuck looking for jobs, getting interviews with job descriptions that were not clear and needed some help.
I got in contact with Georgia from Tinies and explained what I was looking for, and within a few days she delivered!
I now have my perfect job/role and she made everything so easy and smooth. Georgias continued communication kept the whole process so clear and up to date while giving support and always happy to answer my questions!

Working with Tinies is just amazing. I feel confident to talk to any of the staff there because I know I will be listened to.
It is exactly one year now since I joined Tinies as Temporary child care assistant and I have enjoyed working with them- no problem or issues at all. I love it there and I encourage anyone who would like to join the team to do so.

Tinies helped us find a nanny for a birthday event. We were staying away for it and wanted our two children (a 2 year old and 4 month old) as part of the event but needed extra hands to help care for them. Tinies found us an excellent nanny. It was easy to communicate with them and the whole process was very efficient.
