Very professional service from the agency and the babysitter (Sandra) was kind, professional, timely and friendly.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Tinies Essex. Despite being located in Guildford as a single father, I was assigned a nanny from their Essex branch. From the outset, the agency demonstrated a lack of professionalism in their nanny allocation process.

The quality of service was subpar, and I found myself consistently dissatisfied such as lack of communication, unsuitable nanny matches, or broken promises from the so called owner. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Tinies to think twice before doing so!!!! 😠

Tinies North West took care of my 10 year old during a recent conference. They were welcoming and inclusive and he was very well looked after and entertained. Thank you!

Lou Duggan and her team from Tinies North West provided childcare for our rare disease patient day in Liverpool. The team were very professional and great to work with. They completed a risk assessment in advance, and provided sign up forms in advance so that the children could go straight in when they arrived. The children had a fantastic time on the day - they were made to feel at ease and took part in a range of activities. Our event overran, and Lou and the team kindly stayed longer. We highly recommend Tinies North West and would use their services again for other events in the area.

My daughter had a great time when in the care of Tinies. Highly experienced, friendly and professional. Would use the company again in the future. Thank you guys for keeping my high energy whirlwind well entertained and safe.

I left my 7 year old grandson in the creche. He was very happy, welk supervised, engaged with other children and produced creative work to take home. There were 2 females in charge who were pleasant and helpful. It was an excellent example of creche and facilities provided to encourage and stimulate

Tinies were amazing at the event I attended felt confident that my daughter was in a safe environment with lots of fun she really enjoyed her time in the crèche I would highly recommend the staff are great and my daughter was well cared for ❤️❤️

Thank you Tinies for looking after my little one. It was so lovely to have a crèche facility at the event we attended and for my daughter to have lots of fun in a safe and reassuring environment. The staff were lovely. She even got to bring a little tote bag home with her name on it.

Tiniest were absolutely wonderful xx the setting was safe and fun, staff were amazing- friendly, competent and communicated regularly with me. My child felt safe and secure, she had a great time- made friends and got a little bag with her name on. There was lots for her to do and a great friendly atmosphere. I felt very secure and comfortable leaving her there- I would definitely leave her in Tinies care again and would definitely recommend them xxx

Lisa was very informative with email correspondences. Knew what I needed to do and where I needed to be. Was supplied with a uniform top. Would highly recommend working for tinies and I've already signed up to do another job with them

Not great experience - bad attitude and the staff recruited have no real work knowledge on childcare.

I recently joined Tinie’s temp service and am already impressed. From onboarding to securing work shifts, they have been great. I was assigned to Chloe Gibbs from the agency who has been personable, helpful and friendly from our first interaction. She has made me feel at ease, and has answered any questions I’ve had since joining. The agency is professional and efficient, keeping staff updated with latest vacancies at regular intervals. I look forward to completing more shifts with them.

Great communication, babysitter well prepared, babysitter manager was great organising the babysitters. Georgia was great, she replied to me promptly and our communication was great. We will definitely use tinies again.

Tinies are an excellent childcare agency. I’ve worked in childcare for over 17 years and they are truly the best. I have been speaking with Georgia who has been extremely helpful and helped me get my latest position and organise my paediatric first aid course. Always a phone call away and happy to help. I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking to be placed in a childcare role.

We booked Tinies for our wedding after being recommended them by my sister and I cannot put into words how fantastic they were.
All of our guests were blown away by their organisation and professionalism during the wedding breakfast and we barely knew they were there. They were so amazing the kids didn't want to leave their sides- even when the party started!
My son and nephews have SEN needs and the nannies went and above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and supported.
Some parents were unsure about leaving their younger children with the nannies initially but all have commented on how glad that they did as the children had the best time and the adults were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing they were in safe hands. We would highly recommend Tinies to anyone thinking of using a nanny service for their event and we will most definitely using them again in the future!
