TrainHGV Reviews

I made a decision last Oct/November I can’t remember exactly to do my class c HGV license and after applying to a few, Joe called me and was very positive and informative unlike some others that contacted me that just wanted to get me locked in and paid before telling me anything, from that point on Joe was always on the phone if needed and explained the process very well and costs involved for the initial stages.
With my current work commitments I couldn’t commit as much time to the theory as I would of liked but that was not an issue as Joe would extend the online training if it ever expired no questions asked.

I never felt pressured by any of the team, and was helped all the way through to then pass my theory first time which was great, Joe was again then very help full and even more flexible with booking my practical course in, the only surprise I had was the extra cost of pass protection which I could not remember if I was informed at the beginning but I understood why it was being offered, ultimately I did not need it but I can guarantee if I hadn’t taken it I would of needed it, I would say just for clarity at the beginning just ask all the retest costs so you know everything which I can’t remember asking but not an issue.

I had a great time doing all this and information given was on point and very relevant, I would recommend Joe and the team to anyone wanting to get into HGV driving as the practical examiners we’re just as help full and great at making you feel relaxed.

I hope all that read find this helpfull and good luck in your new career.

Ryan and Ethan are brilliant, polite, honest, friendly and helpful.

Very supportive and responsive throughout. Ryan and Ethan were quick to help whenever I needed it. My instructor Steve was friendly and put my mind at ease during the training. I couldn’t be happier.

Thank you

Fantastic experience recieved from the team at Train HGV!

Very professional and reliable company. Ethan has been a great leader in the sence that he gives follow up calls each week to ensure I am staying on track. Next steps are from Joe in booking me in with my practical training. Hopefully, this next step runs as smoothly as the first one, Ethan has set the bar high!

Thanks to all the team,
AJ

I went to trainhgv 7 weeks ago not knowing much about this industry. They helped supply all my forms, arrange my medical and also helped me pass my theory. When it came to booking in my dates for practical, they had very fast availability that they managed to book across my busy work schedule.

Thank you Ryan and Ethan for all your support, I highly recommend !

My experience with Train HGV has been peerless. I was anxious about upgrading my licence for various reasons, but after speaking to Joe, I felt that all lifted. They were so friendly, flexible to my needs and affordable. Joe listened and provided me with options to get me what I want at the fastest, most efficient speed. Following up afterwards and offering congratulations and support in recruitment going forward was also unexpected and I couldn't be more grateful for the professional and expert treatment I received.
