TrainHGV Reviews

Well, my experience has been good so far, still on the early stages and can’t wait to see it through. The team has been helpful and supportive so far. I’ll come back to update this at the end of this journey 😊

Great service from start to finish from the team. The instructors were supportive, the online training lessons were well-structured, and the whole process was smooth throughout. I now feel confident and well-prepared for my upcoming test. Highly recommended!

My progression has been great and Ryan has been checking in regularly to make sure im on track and that Im informed on the process and helping with any problem that im having 👍

I have just pased my C+E using Train HGV. Communication and reassurance from the start has been great. They organise everything for you which removes a lot of stress and uncertainty. Ryan has been great from the start, regular check in calls to see how revision is going for theories, and confirmation of practical training etc.

It was a second time pass for me after failing due to missing a simple speed sign. Stupid I know! but glad I got the pass protect.

Keep up the great work

The staff are very helpful with any questions I needed answering they help first timers very well

Hey, I’d just like to say a massive thank you to everyone at TrainHGV. I filled in a website enquiry form after many years of thinking about getting my licence, and was contacted the next day by Ryan. Ryan is friendly and helpful, explaining everything, I was soon signed up. I’ve been offered loads of support, and encouragement. Today I passed my theory, hazard perception and case studies, first time. Now bring on the practical, COME ON. Crystal

Thanks to everyone at TrainHGV for making this process as headache free as it could have been.

Thank you to everyone at TrainHGV for helping me get through the process of starting a new career in driving. Both Ryan and Ethan have been fantastic at offering me advice and guidance throughout the process making me feel confident ahead of the tests. I would recommend their services.

Ryan has been really helpful, passed the theory first time and every step so far has been easy and efficient!

Ryan has really helpful throughout so far. Explained everything and checked in through the process. Highly recommend on my experience so far.

Ryan has been nothing but helpful from the first phone call, he was quick to help and guide me through the steps onwards to this licence. Very supportive from day one, i was never left curious about anything.

I’d phoned around a few different HGV companies before this one but after speaking to Ryan I went for TrainHGV straight away. He explained everything well and was friendly and supportive throughout and made the process very easy for me.

Great service from Ryan S. I was left stranded with another company and Ryan came along with that big S on his chest to save the day. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in getting their training done!

Rang up a few different training centre but trainHGV stood out to me the most because the person (Ryan) spoke to me nicely and clearly, asked how I was, talked me through all the steps in detail, always updated me with everything, highly recommend for anyone looking for training. Amazing customer service looking forward to training further with them 😁

Great company would highly recommend! Brilliant dates and fantastic help every step of the way!

All of my questions were answered clearly and the process was unbelievably smooth.
Cannot recommend them enough!
Joe and Ethan were great all the way through the hole thing so thank you very much for the help guys.

Hello I did the hgv licence with trainhgv. They help every little step to get licence. I highly recommend to anybody who want licence.

They also help find job. Thank you to Mr Ryan for helping me get licence first time.

I got C+E licence and I sign up 7 weeks ago. Thank you !

Best HGV training company with good communication from colleagues specially Ryan about any concern

The team was very helpful with my booking process. Their friendly and professional approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable Excellent service all around!

I made a decision last Oct/November I can’t remember exactly to do my class c HGV license and after applying to a few, Joe called me and was very positive and informative unlike some others that contacted me that just wanted to get me locked in and paid before telling me anything, from that point on Joe was always on the phone if needed and explained the process very well and costs involved for the initial stages.
With my current work commitments I couldn’t commit as much time to the theory as I would of liked but that was not an issue as Joe would extend the online training if it ever expired no questions asked.

I never felt pressured by any of the team, and was helped all the way through to then pass my theory first time which was great, Joe was again then very help full and even more flexible with booking my practical course in, the only surprise I had was the extra cost of pass protection which I could not remember if I was informed at the beginning but I understood why it was being offered, ultimately I did not need it but I can guarantee if I hadn’t taken it I would of needed it, I would say just for clarity at the beginning just ask all the retest costs so you know everything which I can’t remember asking but not an issue.

I had a great time doing all this and information given was on point and very relevant, I would recommend Joe and the team to anyone wanting to get into HGV driving as the practical examiners we’re just as help full and great at making you feel relaxed.

I hope all that read find this helpfull and good luck in your new career.
