Angela, was a great help in booking our holiday. She was very patient and explained everything to enable me to proceed with confirming our holiday with EasyJet

Adam was very helpful, polite and helped with ease through the process of booking this holiday. He also helped with other issues like medical bags too.

Nick is the guy you need!

We had a weird website situation which wouldn’t allow us to book a trip for 5 people with 2 separate rooms. The term ‘above and beyond’ doesn’t do Nick justice. He was patient, calm and willing to do anything to get the problem sorted.

Once everything was resolved I realised I’d managed to spell the name of one of my children wrong when checking in online.

EasyJet were useless but Nick saved the day again. After hours, nothing too much trouble, always returned calls and did exactly what he said he’d do.
