I'm in a complete jam and just wished the car rental promise was a little better. Basically, I have to find the money, rent the car for the duration mines in the shop and wait to be reimbursed by another company? They're closed all weekend as well as the repair shop, so I'm stuck until Monday when and if the claims department clears me. Other than that they've been pretty worth the investment just wish the process was easier.

Now that i think about it it doesnt make sense i was tricked into this warranty because it sounded good only payments for 2 years but my car is 2017 mileage 49,000 mi so they say warrenty is good for 5 years OR 49,000 Miles it took 3 years to get 49,000 miles so it more than likely gon take 3 years for another 49,000 ......thats where they get you

If I could give true auto no stars I would have. I had my policy since December 2019 and never use it paid $200 every month my deductible supposed to be $100.00 dollars. True auto fought with the company that was to fix my car on their prices and labor charge. Which is so unfair because we pay what True Auto want for the extended warranty. I call upset so they just canceled my policy without a phone call to me before they did it. The rep Josh said it sent a red flag 🚩. After the rep Josh explain to me what was covered I was ok with it.So basically I gave True Auto $200 dollars of MY HARD EARNED MONEY every month for nothing. I will never use this company again ,I will never recommend True Auto to anyone. And for other beware. So you want get you hard earned money taken.

In regards to your claim, True Auto did tell your repair facility your policy covered the water pump. The repair facility never contacted our claims department after being told the part was covered. You were sent a pro rated refund per your contract cancellation details on 3/18/2020

Most TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went through 3 days of headaches and 6 sarcastic agents over the duration of those 3 days trying to get my REFUND back. I should’ve checked the reviews and did more research on this “business” before I paid for the scam-like coverage. “Agent Robert Neal” gave me the wrong extension to his phone incase I needed more understanding of the policy but I talked to “Juan” instead amd “Juan” never heard of “Robert Neal” ...to top it off “Agent Matt” was being disrespectful and got a piece of my mind for being a rude BUTT-PLUG...but I’m Happy I got my $299 back today.

I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you experienced. The charge you mentioned on your card was an authorization only. We reversed your policy when you called in and had changed your mind. We did not start the coverage and never charged your card, it was only an authorization.

Purchased my 2011 Honda Accord protection plan from True Auto. Paid my first claim within 3 months after I purchased my protection from True. Dang ALTERNATOR of all things. I had Josh help me and he went out of his way to help me. Thank you so much I am a very satisfied customer.

I am so glad I purchased coverage from your company. The repair on my truck was much more than I could have afforded. I only had to cover my $50 deductible. Thanks to this company my truck is fixed and I didn’t have to miss a day of work because they also covered a rental car. Very impressed and grateful for the service I received.
