Well I’ve only been a member just a little over 2 1/2 months I know that when I Received a notice in the mail regarding my extended warranty That Roy gonzalas was very professional and explain everything the details even though I had a lifetime warranty or not he just told me this was extending it out since I’m a senior citizen he offer me a pretty good package deal but I haven’t had the opportunity to use it thank God and hope that I never do but it makes me feel good knowing that I have a insurance policy that will support me whenever if I need it.
