Exceptional Customer Service
I have been with this company since 2016. I have nothing but good things to say. When I needed them to look at my truck and okay it about my power train, True Auto was there Johnny on the spot! My truck was fixed! I appreciate them so much that I am staying with them with my new truck as well!
Diego done such a great job by explaining the warranty this time, I’m all in! Thank you Diego for exceptional customer service! You deserve to win. If I could do it again, I would!

The process was to long and i had to get involved with both you company and the company doing the repairs. The claim agent was not nice nor offering me what i am paying for this coverage. Will not recommend your company to anyone.

I'm still not sure what this actually…
I'm still not sure what this actually covers....... Or is this a lifetime commitment (on going payments) or do they stop at some point and one still has coverage. Its just TOO many questions at this point.

Thank you so much for submitting a review. There is not an extended warranty anywhere that covers the catalytic converters. This part is only covered by the manufacturer for seven years.

I wasn't happy with my first time…
I wasn't happy with my first time having ato use the warranty. My car sat for a little over a week at the service shop waiting to get a response on weather a part was covered under the warranty or not.
