Unethical practices
Please order at your own risk. This company is sending me products after I've requested them to stop due to me not signing up for a subscription. I've also let them know that financially, I can't afford the product. They have ignored my emails to stop sending the products and there is no way to contact them besides email. I have no choice now other than seeking legal advice to have this stopped. I also see there are others experiencing the same thing as me. This company in my opinion is very unethical.

I made a purchase and realized my shipping address was not correct, I contacted True Sea Moss through their website and received a response almost immediately saying they could fix it. I sent them what they asked for and within a day it was all resolved! They corrected my address so I could receive my products! Due to this timely response from them I will be a forever customer!!

I received my order and all of the containers were busted. I reached out to the support team and they sent me a replacement order immediately. As far as the Sea Moss idk yet. We’ll see when I get the new order. The support team is amazing

Busted jar and leaked everywhere.
My package came and you can tell something had leaked before even opening the box. One of my three jars busted and it all spilled out. I reached out to customer support, showed the pictures and with no hesitation they said they will ship a replacement of the jar that broke at no extra cost to me.

I love TRUE SEA MOSS so so much! From the product itself, to the customer help 💕 I’ve only tried the pineapple mango one - so yummy and refreshing, great way to start your day, I want to try the spirulina one but I’m scared I might not like the flavor! Would love some recommendations 🤗 I’ve got a tote bag as a gift recently and it is amazing, great material and so dang cute, I take it everywhere… so practical! I put my subscription on hold as I ordered to many bottles, and the customer help was super helpful, kind and professional 💕 I’m so happy to be part of the TRUE SEA MOSS community 💕

My initial order was sent very fast. The taste of the Mango Pineapple is so delicious. Can't wait to try the Soursop. I needed help with my order and I used the chat for assistance. Even though I couldn't see Gina I believe she gave me service with a smile. Thank you it was a great start to my day.

This is experience has been amazing. The customer service has been amazing. They’ve always been so helpful, especially when I have my financial issues throughout the week or throughout the days. Truly, these beautiful moss have really been a game changer because they have helped me with my energy my nails are growing. My hair is healthier. Truly, my skin feels healthier. My body feels great.
