I was concerned about the recall. The representative was all over it. I sent pics of my jar and she assured me it was not part of the recall. She gave me peace. Awesome customer service!

Had an unfortunate broken jar upon opening my box. The matter was taken care of immediately with photo and conversation. Appreciated the expedient service of True Sea Moss.

I received my order and one bottle was broken. I reached out to the company, provided the pictures and they arranged a replacement to be shipped with no problems.

Love the products! We stay well when around sick people when using them regularly and feel healthier over all. Customer service is great and quick when needed to adjust timing or pause orders.

As someone who has trialed many vitamins ans supplements, sea moss is the only one that I have truly noticed a real difference with. I take in place of any other supplements along with a good diet considering all of the vitamins and minerals it contains. The most prominent effect I've noticed is how it completely cleared my skin up and cured my acne within a month of daily use. I now get compliments on glowy skin. It also helps with regular bowel movements, this is the one supplement I swear by. This brand is the best in that they mix it with real fruit puree which makes it taste great. I've tried other plain sea mosses and did not like the taste at all. But every flavor I've tried from True Sea Moss has been yummy, and they only use whole ingredients. I typically buy the jars in store at Sprouts or Whole Foods, but I ordered online for the discount and had a problem with my shipping address. I emailed support and a real person replied to email in exactly 1 minute and handled it, I was astonished. 5/5 review.

Arrived on time. One of the jars were broken. They quickly ordered a replacement. Haven't tried the product yet but the customer service is refreshingly great.

I love this company! One of my jars came opened. Im guessing from the altitude and they replaced it asap. They just made a loyal customer out of me.

Great experience and great products. I definitely recommend. I unfortunately got my package with one of the jars broken but the response time to correct the issue was very quick and efficient. Hello I had a missing order and came to them about it and before I knew it, a new one was on the way same day. Now that's Customer Service done Right

Excellent products, arrived in a couple of days. I didn’t realize I had a subscribed to a monthly purchase but when I contacted them to cancel the order before it shipped they responded right away and helped resolve the issue. Excellent customer service!

They were right, the mango pineapple is the best taste. I also got the immune one, which wasn't bad, but not as good tasting as the other one.

I did not realize that it was a subscription, so I was not pleased with that. It was also a bit tricky to cancel, as they have the cancel links strategically placed to keep u in a loop of not canceling.

Today, I received a broken jar delivered and it was easy to get a replacement chatting with their online bot frm their site, but at the end it got confused when i was saying "yes, i am all set" and it thought I was saying yes, i need something changed in my request, so the chat bot kept showing it was typing something for a while.

I then decided to type "finished", "done", "I am leaving this chat" on separate lines, which got the bot to respond correctly.

I like the product, but the 2 months I have been using it doesn't seem like it has truly made a positive impact on my health, so i canceled my subscription. Plus i have 3 more jars backed up at home and will be traveling soon.

Please order at your own risk. This company is sending me products after I've requested them to stop due to me not signing up for a subscription. I've also let them know that financially, I can't afford the product. They have ignored my emails to stop sending the products and there is no way to contact them besides email. I have no choice now other than seeking legal advice to have this stopped. I also see there are others experiencing the same thing as me. This company in my opinion is very unethical.
