I used the online form to get a quote and was contacted by Paul Noad the following day to see if I had any further questions. As he was very helpful and the price was reasonable I went ahead with the order. The lead time was less than I had expected and the doors were delivered as promised. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful with the doors which were much heavier than I expected. There weren't any fitting instructions so I did look at there video on the glazing procedure. I thought it can't be as simple as that to fit the glazing gasket but it was a doddle. The doors operate so smoothly and look fantastic. Can't recommend this company highly enough, 5 stars all round

I went to several companies for a competitive quote, and UK Doors Online was the one that stood out with clear and timely replies, easy-to-answer questions, and sensible costs.

Everything arrived and looks very good. I went with a bit of everything - lantern, windows, and bifold doors. I'm very pleased.

After being let down by our usual Aluminium Bi Folding door supplier i came across ukdoorsonline and contacted them for a quote for a set of doors. Spoke to Dave over the phone who was most helpfull and answered all my questions regarding their product. Dave then confirmed everything by e mail . I found the price very competitive compared to products we used in the past and was slightly dubious however i decided to take a chance and order. Ordering was simple and after paying deposit we where given delivery date . Doors turned up on the day we where told. There very heplfull driver even helped to unload them . After a brief inspection doors looked fine and everything was in order with our fitting pack. We fitted doors today 11/04/ 2022 and this was when we had the chance to really look at them we can honestly say after fitting many systems including major brands twice the price they where a joy to fit worked silkily and quality locks and handles all very good brands . My customer was over the moon with them and how easy they worked and looked. We have just ordered more products from these guys so if you are looking for a good product at good prices i wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys i dont usually put reviews on but felt the need this time. Cracking product.

Fantastic no-quibble replacement of a French door double glazing panel. We reported the fault with a photo and next thing we knew, a replacement arrived a few days later! Best after-sales service we've ever experienced. Very happy.

Amazing, great delivery arrived as expected with very short lead time. The doors are beautiful, the builder said they were easy to fit and has now swapped supplier himself due to the price and quality.

Great service and product

Excellent service from Megan & all the team - I read on the website after ordering that she was quite new - her product knowledge was excellent and had an answer to every question I threw her way both over the phone and on email. Delivered early (lead time was already market leading) at my request so builders were onsite to accept delivery as they were starting a new job the next day. These guys are a credit to the industry!

Recently used for the first time for a roof lantern and bi fold door, quick quotation, very helpful staff, great prices and the customer service from quotation through ordering to delivery was excellent, the finished product was great quality and the fitters loved how easy there were to fit. Highly reccomend to all and will be using for all our projects going forward now

Never used uk doors online before but they were absolutly faultless, fiona was so helpful and made the process really easy, the driver drove 3 hours to deliver the doors and couldnt do any more for you and the doors were spot on, will deffinatly use again
