I want to thank you for all of your help with my recent order for two composite doors and a bifold.

I had made initial enquiries on line and you telephoned me by means of follow up. As a result of this call I continued viewing products from UKDoorsonline and with your considerable assistance I placed an order last Friday.

It is important to say that without your follow up call I probably would not have continued to look at the website, as I was having a few "technical hitches" with colours and certain options such as thresholds and cills not so straightforward to order on line.

Nothing was too much trouble for you and you also ensured I got a very competitive price.

So in summary, thanks very much. You are a credit to the company you work for.

I have recently been having a kitchen extension and wanted some Bi-Fold doors with integrated blinds. To be honest I didn't have a clue where to look for them so had a look online. I came across UK Doors Online on the back of the good reviews that they have on TrustPilot. From quote to delivery they were fantastic. Paul in sales was knowledgeable and helpful assisting with any questions I had. I was updated as to the delivery date and was pleased to find out the lead time was shorter than I anticipated. The doors were delivered at 9am on the day I was told they would arrive. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve the delivery driver he was excellent helping me place the doors where they needed to be prior to installation. A credit to the company. As for the doors the quality is exceptional and were fitted easily. They look fantastic. I would have no hesitation using UK Doors Online in the future or recommending them to friends and family. Great work guys!

Fabulous products and customer service. I ordered a bi-fold door and a roof lantern. Paul Noad helped me with the order at every step. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly as I really didn't know what I was talking about. He made suggestions that saved me money, very rare these days. Delivery was quicker than other companies and on the promised day. The delivery drivers were very pleasant and careful. I would recommend this company to anyone. Six Stars.

Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Door is perfect and would recommend them to anyone that are wanting style and security.

Great product but not everything I ordered arrived, phoned several times over the course of a few hours with no answers, cost me an extra days work to sort the doors out without the extra parts not delivered

Never bought 3-pane bi-fold doors before and so did extensive research. Found UK Doors Online and followed their quote process giving my measurements. They responded rapidly with a firm price which looked to good to be true. So i phoned and spoke to a lovely lady ( Fiona? ) who guided me through the various options and choices pointing out the areas for careful consideration and the difference that higher U value glazing gives for thermal efficiency. Decided to take a trip to their showroom and was very impressed by the products on display , particulary the professionalism of Paul Noad, sales representative. He did a great job helping explain the pros and cons of buying bi-fold doors. This man knows his bi-fold doors.Placed the order there and then and delivery happened exactly when promised.
Their driver, Darren, did a great job offloading and even provided his wooded blocks to stand the doors upon. Took great care. Now they are installed ( by my brilliant fitter ) am delighted by the Price & Quality of product. Can't recommend highly enough the whole buying experience.

The team at uk doors online were great resulting in my french doors with side panels on my summer house looking lovely. Despite it being an online service they were always and hand and made sure I got exactly what I needed.

I dont like leaving negative reviews, I am mindful we are humans and make mistakes but after the thinking about it and the treatment we received I thought I should.

We ordered our door, the delivery day came, found out we was sent the wrong door.

I rang up to say delivered the wrong door, I asked if could get to ASAP please.

We booked the fitters in for the Wednesday, I was told I shouldn’t have booked the fitters in so soon and they can’t deliver by then.
they would not accommodate, didn’t own up to mistake, never got an apology, and I had to ask. When the door came, some of the parts were missing, agin didn’t get an apology. Had to wait a few weeks for it to come. The door doesn’t shut right, can’t doing anything about it.

I think if you were going to get a door from Uk doors , be mindful there may be some delays and customer service can be quite poor as they do not take accountability.

However, this is only my experience.

The black aluminium French doors we purchased from UK Doors Online have arrived and we are delighted with them. Megan was so helpful from the outset, answering all my questions (there was lots of them!) and helping me design the doors I wanted. The lead time was the best of all the companies I spoke to - which if I'm honest made me a little dubious - but this was unnecessary as they are beautifully made doors and fit the space perfectly. Thanks Megan for all your help.
The guy who delivered the doors was super friendly too. Excellent service and excellent product.

I have recently bought 3 pane bi-fold doors and replacement glass for my previous doors. The door fitters I used praised the quality of the doors for many reasons.

I would like the thank the customer service I received through the quotation, ordering and delivery process, all went to plan just as Megan in sales told me it would do, thanks Megan. I would recommend UKDoors on-line to anyone in the future.
