It was easy to sign up with UK Open College in order to complete courses with many available. My tutor was available and contacted me back quickly throughout my course and provided feedback when necessary. I have just received my certificate and am very happy.

A hassle free sign up, and my tutor was great with my feedback and answering emails quickly. Guidance when needed. My certificate took well over the weeks specified otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Really easy to complete, love that you can do it in your time. Only thing is that i struggled to get in touch with tutors to get help but that might have just been me. :)

I have just recently received my LEVEL 3 Certificate and I am so glad to have done it. The course I had initially rolled onto was the teaching level 3 diploma however due to changes in circumstances I could not do the entirely course. The team at open college were really understanding and said I could get my level 3 certificate instead. I do want to complete the Diploma so later on in life I will definitely be completing it with uk open college. My tutor was really helpful and gave me more information when I did not understand a question or their feedback. Bill was always there whenever I needed advice. So I definitely recommend doing a course with UK Open College.

I recently completed the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health. I wanted a course that would challenge my thinking and deepen my knowledge on a subject that would enhance my work with children in Primary education. I was not disappointed. The syllabus covered a wide range of issues, provided relevant links up to date research and relevant information on children's and young people's mental health.
I have not studied for a number of years and I was a little apprehensive about doing this course, UK Open College made the process easy and helped me to feel more at ease about doing it. Registration was very straightforward, the communication was clear and all the administration was easy and hassle-free. The phone call at the start of the registration was a nice touch, the member of staff that spoke to me was very friendly and made me feel at ease about doing the course.
Throughout the course, if I had any questions, it was very easy to communicate between the tutor and the administrators at UK Open College. There was a slight issue with a change in the syllabus for my last unit but again this was dealt with efficiently and with clear communication from both the tutor and the admin staff.
Throughout the whole course, I felt confident in knowing that I had a support tutor that I could email at any point.
UK Open College has given me the opportunity to push myself and I have enjoyed the experience of returning to study. I am already considering what I can do next.

Great experience!! It was really easy getting onto the course and they give you the right resources that you need to finish the course. I have recommended this company to a friend and I would highly recommend it to anyone. In the future I hope to do my level 3 and it would definitely be with this company.

Starting the course was easy, and the staff I spoke to were lovely, helpful and very quick in sorting out the course. Paying in installments was very helpful and the website was really easy to use. The only reason I've given 4 stars is because the support from my tutor just wasn't there. I had no details for them, don't even know their name. They left helpful comments on my work, but I wasn't able to clarify a typing with them because I had no contact details. At one point I used the contact/help option on the college website and the response was its a separate thing and they couldn't help me, so that was pretty poor. However the course was good and straightforward so I was able to complete it easily, but I have studied at a much higher level, if this is new to you then I would clarify the tutor details before you start.

Great experience, course material comprehensive and the support provided by my Tutor Gemma was great. Support provided and any questions or queries always answered.

The experience with UK Open College is very good. The online guidance for each assignment is very clear. The administrative staff are very friendly and supportive. My course tutor Gemma Chantler has profound work experience and her feedback is always clear and useful. The course was easy to enrol and there was always clear communication and support throughout the course. After receiving my Level 4 HLTA Qualification, 2 other colleagues have also enrolled onto the course.

Second course complete with this company, absolutely fantastic service, tutors are always on hand to answer any questions or queries you have as are the admin staff. Highly recommend for online learning or progressing your knowledge skills.

I started my course at the start of Lockdown in March 2020, through out the difficult times of COVID 19 I felt 100% supported from Ukopencollege. Only criticism is that you have to wait a long time for your course work to be verified and certificates to be issued but if you ask they can supply a letter that states you have completed the course.
I am now looking at my next course through ukopencollege.

I found uk open college really helpful and really easy, having not studied since school (now adult) everything was really straight forward.

I have just received my level 4 HLTA qualification. I worked hard throughout the pandemic with my school to complete the tasks and with the experience I already have I was able to work through the assignments with ease. It does help to be self motivated but if you can be disciplined with your schedule you will achieve it! I had help from my personal Tutor who was very approachable and gave me any support I needed. The course has taught me some elements of my job that I wasn't aware of and I found the course interesting and informative. Give yourself a realistic time frame to do the assignments and use your school holidays to complete essay assignments. It was also useful to be able to be able to complete the assignments in an order that suited myself. I feel really proud to have gained this qualification for myself and my school. Thank you so much for all your support and for helping gain my certificate.

Iam studying Level 1 and level 2 Award support work in schools (RQF). And i just passed my Level 1, which iam happy about. To purchase the course was easy and simple. They sent all the relevant documents over, no complications. My tutor, Kerry Steele, (who has now left), she was clear, honest and she always got back to me quite quick everytime i had a question and she was thorough too. My new tutor Zoe Wheatley, she is great too. Overall, im happy with my tutors and the service and i would recommend The UK Open College to anyone who is looking to study online.

I studied Level 3 Caring for Children in a Home Environment. The website is extremely organised and laid out easily. Communication between yourself and your tutor is simple straight forward emails. I found it reassuring that I was always able to contact my tutor without having to go through the website. Would recommend, however I feel like there could have sometimes been some more contact to help assist explaining things further. But that is my personal preference.

I have had a great experience with UK Open College so far. The staff are helpful and friendly, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy and confident in my chosen course. It is all done professionally and efficiently - it only took a matter of days for everything to be set up and for me to be fully enrolled on the course. And the materials and resources are very useful; they make working through the course simple, which is ideal seeing as it involves 11-12 months of independent learning. I have no complaints. Highly recommended!

I've completed two courses online with UK Open College over the last year and I can highly recommend them if you're thinking of undertaking training online.
The course materials were great, they were of good quality and provided all the information required to complete each module.
The online platform is really easy to use - unlike some other online training providers!!
Finally, the feedback from the tutors is constructive and useful in developing your learning. Also, the quick response from the office is always polite, friendly and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend the UK Open College and would use again should I decide to undertake any future online courses.
