Ordering a UniKitOut box for my daughter for University was very easy. They liaised with her accommodation and it was waiting for her in her room when she moved in.

Only 1 box out of 3 arrived
Only 1 box out of 3 arrived - can’t chase on moving weekends as their phone lines are closed. Made the experience of our first child heading to uni awful and stressful. We had to dash to local supermarket and pay a further £250 to replace missing items. We will be calling on Monday for full refund when lines open!

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m so sorry that J's move-in day was made more stressful by the missing items. We understand how important this day is for families, and I’m genuinely sorry that things didn’t go as they should have.
Unfortunately, our courier let us all down on this occasion, and I completely appreciate how disappointing and frustrating this must have been for you. As soon as my colleague Amy was made aware of the issue, she acted as quickly as possible to try and put things right. A full refund for the missing items was processed the next day, as confirmed by email.
To clarify, our phone lines are closed at weekends, but the team are responding to emails on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:15am to 5:30pm during the busy move-in period.
Once again, I’m really sorry that this experience fell short of what you and your family deserved. I hope J is settling in well.
Wishing you all the best,
Emma
AVOID - i need to replace nearly everything
Dreadful experience- delivery and product quality. Do not purchase. Items missing, those that did arrive are inferior quality and I will need to replace. AVOID.
