Ordering a UniKitOut box for my daughter for University was very easy. They liaised with her accommodation and it was waiting for her in her room when she moved in.

Products sold may be a little more…
Products sold may be a little more pricey compared to what’s available outside. However, it provides convenience all the way to your accommodation. Highly recommend to get all the necessities such as pillow, knife, through UniKitOut. It’s really beneficial especially for international students.

Thanks for leaving such a great review :-)
So nice to hear you were happy with your UniKitOut experience,

Terrible quality
Terrible quality of bedsheets and pillow covers. Rough material, loads of lint upon first wash, and the material makes it stink up really easily even after wash. Get them somewhere else because these weren't particularly cheap either.

I can only speak on the pillows
I can only speak on the pillows, bedsheets and duvet, but the quality is way too low for the price. You can find better quality products for the same or for a lower price in most stores. I absolutely do not recommend.

Hi Paola,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I’ve tried reaching out via email on the 6th and 12th of February but haven’t received a response. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the duvet, pillow and sheet you purchased. Your feedback is really valuable to us so I’d appreciate it if you could reply to my email with more details so I can better understand your concerns.
Just to clarify, we invest significant time and resources into market research to ensure our prices are highly competitive (and more convenient) than local high street stores. In fact, UniKitOut was even featured on BBC One’s Shop Well for Less!
Hope to hear from you,
Emma

A little pricier but super convenient. Recommend!
Coming to university from outside London, it was really helpful and convenient to order a self-designed kit ahead of time for UniKitOut. Had all the basic essentials needed on move-in day, which made arrival and the following days virtually stress free.

Hi Shrinidhi,
I'm sorry to read your review and to hear about your experience.
I reached out to you via email on December 2nd regarding the issue with your pan and towel, hoping we could work through it together, but I haven’t received a reply yet.
We proudly offer a 100% money-back guarantee and encourage customers to contact us if there's anything they're not satisfied with.
Any feedback you could share would be incredibly valuable for us to ensure our products meet expectations in the future.
The luxury bath towel you purchased is made from 100% organic cotton and is supplied into some of the UK's most luxurious establishments. Our pan sets are supplied into student & nursing accommodations across the UK and recognised holiday resorts so it saddens me you find the quality of these items below par.
If you're able to get in touch or reply to my email, it would be greatly appreciated.
All the best,
Emma

Hi Tancrede,
UniKitOut is a small family run business who rely heavily on online reviews so its a real shame you've chosen to give us a 1* review for no reason at all.
Just to clarify, UniKitOut and Trustpilot do not force anyone to leave a review. Its 100% voluntary. Your order was delivered 20th September so was ready and waiting for you on arrival.
