*The site is relatively simple to use…

*The site is relatively simple to use. *The greatest problem for me is when I need to track down a payment, I can only go back twice, on the third time I am locked out & need to phone you.
* Bank charges are quite steep in comparison to other accounts & no interest seems to be paid.
* We use Unity Trust because the Treasurer likes it so it is fine by me; happy is the organisation that has a happy Treasurer!

Web site very difficult to use

Web site very difficult to use. Difficult to sign in. You have invented a middle name for me which I do not have. All in all not user friendly.

no return call

We asked for help and the person we got through to said he would phone us back later that afternoon as he thought the reason we could not log in was that a system was down. We never received a phone call.

Online banking is clunky and of poor…

Online banking is clunky and of poor design. The system is outdated - not sending payments after 3.30 or on a weekend is not acceptable.

The site is not mobile friendly and therefore difficult to use on a phone.

There is no app to support the online banking.

Poor online interface

Possibly the worst online banking interface I've used. My main gripe is the transaction authorisation, which doesn't let you interrupt the 30 seconds of spiel about "you've just tried to ... if this wasn't you then... if it was you then...". And yoiu have to run through this rigmarole just to LOOK at transactions from more than 3 months ago. A simple improvement would be to just let you interrupt.

Paying new beneficiaries

No real issues, but I am an NEU treasurer and I have recently been making multiple hardship payments to striking members. The authorisation process for each individual payment is pretty arduous. Is there no way we could make bulk payments (say 10 at a time)?
