Poor website
0Transacting ISAs on their website is just so clumsy.
Transferred mine eventually but had to check if it had transferred by phoning as their website was all over the place. My wife tried to transfer hers, on phoning no it hadn't, same approach used but different outcome.

A bank for everyone.
Easy to reach by telephone and extremely helpful as always.I would recommend United Trust to everyone,especially pensioners who are reluctant to use the internet,a.though the webside is easy to navigate.

Excellent Staff
Staff at UTB were excellent. They were always at the end of the phone to answer a query. Calls were answered promptly and the matter dealt with very calmly. You always felt that the staff were there to listen to you and resolve your issue, which they did.
The only negative was that a few emails were received after an issue had been resolved which caused a little confusion. However, this was quickly sorted by a staff on the phone.

Fast response times
Speedy response to a question. Easy access account is great. When requesting a payment to my NatWest current account the transfers are always completed within a couple of hours - mostly less than 1 hour.

Great Experience from start to finish
This is the first time I have had any dealings with United Trust Bank and I had a great experience from start to finish. I received a phone call promptly in response to my initial enquiry with regards to opening a Trust account and the advisor I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how they could help me. Throughout the application process I dealt with Stephanie, who was extremely helpful, she kept me up to date with progress of my application and promptly provided assistance and answers to all my queries. I would highly recommend them.
