Great shop fantastic customer service would highly recommended Vapenology for all your vaping needs they are fantastic and answer every query very quickly I will be buying again

After 2 weeks waiting for delivery of 60ml neon cream contacted Liam about delivery. Sent Hermes tracking which never tracked at all. Said would look into it. Another 2 weeks says would he would resend. Hermes tracked and delivered. Supposedly. No parcel. Hermes admits that parcel was deemed Lost. Vapenology would have to redeem loss. No further contact from Vapenology either email phone nor text. Should have read other reviews on forums. Same story over and over.
Do not use!!

I have used Vapenology a few times now and always received my orders fairly quickly. Would recommend Vapenology to anyone and already have to a few of my friends and colleagues.

Ordered 60ml of Apple Butter on 07/02/2017 & hadn't heard anything for over a week. The Hermes courier link wasn't tracking and upon contacting Hermes they advised there was nothing to track even though I was sent a tracking number.

Liam the owner of this company, advised the courier had lost it in transit. Fair enough it can happen, so agreed to send out another and would take a week, this was on the 17/02/2017.
Still didn't receive anything and repeated contact to Liam who kept making excuses and false promises. Eventually it arrived around 10/03/2017, over a month after my order was placed!

I believe Liam never had stock of my order, even though it was showing as in stock on the website, and delayed as long as possible till stock came in. Shabby way to do business, will never order from their again. Avoid this company like the plague!

Fast delivery and great price.
Small issue that the wrong colour arrived but hey not that fussed honestly could not be bothered to return and wait.

Thought I'd give this a try since I was told by a few friends the service was really good and helpful and they wasn't wrong. Would definitely order again and received excellent customer service.

I ordered a mod box from here and paid for next day delivery (as it was late when I ordered it I fully expected to get it 2 days later) but I didn't receive the product toll nearly 4 weeks later. I asked them by both email and facebook, but I was just blanked along side another 10 people who have been waiting between 2-4 weeks or more for their orders.

The mod box itself is great. But I'd never buy from Vapenology again.

Although my experience in the vaping industry has been a poor one these guys at Vapenology break the tradition and offer good advise while being friendly and customer focused at their core. Could not thank these guys enough for helping me out!!!

If you want a company that knows what the customer wants then look no further. I have used a lot of shops on line but this one is the best. So all you out there use this company and you will always use them.

Great communication with these guys. I did experience a delay in delivery but that was for to their supplier and I was kept informed regularly. Happy with product I arrival and got a like freebee as apology.... Happy days!

I just bought the latest Smoat Knight V2 kit from these guys for my husband. They kept me updated all the way, communication was very friendly, and it was delivered within a couple of days. They even promised to source spare coils for me as they are difficult to find. I will certainly use them again and can happily recommend!

Here we are 8 months later and I have to say that this company has the best customer service ever! I had to return the Smoant as it developed a fault but even though it's been so long, Liam the company director had no hesitation in refunding me for it. Highly recommended!!!
