I placed an order for 5 items. They do not send out any confirmation or information about the order being dispatched. After mailing them twice they responded the order had been dispatched and it actually arrived after 5 days it arrived, albeit incomplete. I emailed them directly and the initial response was a discussion that they remembered packing the missing item. I assume they wanted to guilt me in thinking I was the one trying to fraud. Had that been the case I would have gone for the most expensive item and not for the cheapest one. After another follow up mailsession initiated by me, the mentioned remembering what the item did look like because they had seen the packaging box some time ago which is strange as the replied less than 1 day before that response knowing for sure it got shipped as he packed the item himself. The offeredf a gift certificate redeemable upon a next purchase. I told them I just wanted the product which was in stock according to their site. One day later the site mentione dthe item being out of stock. I havce asked repeatedly if and when the missing item was dispatched, however besides one reply that the item was back in stock last Monday no other responses. I checked every day by mail if the item has been shipped but no response. Yesterday I told them I would give them to the COB to respond, if not met I would file a claim against them with PayPal. One of the worst UK sellers ever encountered. They offer low prices but trick customers with non existent stock and subsequently do not respond anymore. Check the various fora out there for similar experiences. I wish I did before purchasing.

Extremely pathetic service. 1 week since order and goods "awaiting dispatch" according to their own website. Delay understandable if item is in short supply but awaiting dispatch but no one has bothered to dispatch them.......No response to mail sent through "Contact Us" section. No answer on the phone mentioned in contact us section.

"FIRSTORDER" code didn't work so didn't get any 5% discount and paid full price. This was giving them the price advantage else was getting same item everywhere else. Regret that I went with them even after code didn't work. Prices slashed by a quid with in couple of hours after ordering. Instead of offering this amount back to the customer, they have forgotten about the customer itself as money has already hit their account.

So in the end charged me more for product, haven't supplied product yet and don't even bother to respond to emails. Would recommend use other website and pay same amount or a bit more rather than paying them and wondering if you will ever get your goods. Would give 0 stars if it was possible to give 0
