Good alround experience except for the delivery

Good alround experience except for the £3 delivery charge on a £290 purchase, seemed unnecessary. Product was as expected and well packaged. Product was dispatched on the Saturday and finally arrived the following Thursday, a bit slow considering many sites can manage next day.

Lovely shopping experience

Nanna held a belt for me in 2 sizes then helped me figure out the right size for my daughter. She called to make sure I was able to find the shop as I was visiting London for the weekend. She also helped me pick out 2 handbags and wrapped my purchases with care. Lovely experience in a lovely shop.

J ai commandé une paire de lunettes

J ai commandé une paire de lunettes, qui n étaient pas les mêmes que sur la photo du site. Par facilité je n ai pas voulu retourner coût d envoi etc.
J ai contacté le service clientèle et j ai envoyé la photo des lunettes reçues et celle du site on m a dit qu on allait transmettre ma plainte a qui de droit ça fait maintenant plus de 6 semaines et je n ai pas reçu de réponse.
Sauf une carte pour me remercier d avoir fait un achat chez VB et en espérant que je sois satisfaite.
Service après vente inexistant si vous commandez c est à vos risques et périls

it was a terrible experience going to…

it was a terrible experience going to the flagship store. Everything we wanted to buy you didn't have it in stock. We were on a trip to London and went to the store to find there wasn't anything to purchase with the makeup line or anything else for that matter. It was such a disappointment!!!!what a waste of time.

Attention Management Team!!!!

I truly hope someone from top management at Victoria Beckham takes the time to read this.

I want to start by saying—I absolutely love your products. That’s what makes this experience even more disappointing.

I recently traveled to London on a girls’ trip with four friends, and one of the things we were most excited about was shopping your collection in person. We first visited Selfridges, where we were told the selection was limited and that we should try the flagship store.

So we made the effort—took a taxi/Uber all the way across town—excited to experience the flagship.

The store itself is absolutely beautiful. We were warmly greeted, and everything looked stunning. But unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.

We quickly discovered that the flagship store had even less product available than Selfridges. We were genuinely shocked. How does a flagship location not have core items in stock?

We were hoping to purchase essentials like the under-eye concealer and foundation, but while we were able to find a shade match using testers, the actual products were unavailable. As you can imagine, it’s impossible to buy foundation without trying—and even more frustrating when you find your match but can’t purchase it.

Trying to make the best of the visit, we browsed accessories and fell in love with one of your belts—only to find out it wasn’t available for purchase either.

To make matters more disappointing, when we asked for help styling the belt, the associate assisting us didn’t know how to put it on. When we asked if a stylist could help, we were told, “we are the stylists.” That response left us honestly confused—how can a flagship store not have staff trained on brand-new products?

In the end, a few of us purchased what little was available, but overall, we left feeling extremely let down.

What made this even more surprising is that back at Selfridges, we met other customers—including one woman who had traveled from Dubai—who said she had also been trying unsuccessfully to get her hands on your products.

Your designs are stunning. Your brand is aspirational. But if customers cannot access your products—especially at a flagship store—it raises serious concerns.

Perhaps it’s time to evaluate production, inventory distribution, or stock management. Because right now, demand is clearly there—but supply is not meeting it.

Great return policy, free shipping

I did not end up keeping my purchase. The fabric was beautiful but the style was not flattering on my body. However returns are easy and shipping is free. Refunds are issued immediately on receipt of the item.

Unwelcome in Dover Street

I visited the Dover street store which I was very excited about as I was in London for business. I wanted jeans, bag and a belt. However, from the moment I entered the store I felt uneasy. All 3 members of the store employees looked at me with what I would describe as disgust and continued to look me up and down. I was wearing a lovey cream wool coat, yes I had a Gucci bag, yes I was wearing some smart jeans and some really on trend adidas trainers. I felt smart for walking around London and shopping but clearly didn’t meet the brief! I did buy jeans as I wanted short length and can’t get them elsewhere but then I left and I bought the other things in Selfridges.

I am very happy with the items I purchased, they are well made and thought through with the design but I definitely wouldn’t rush back to the store - as nice as the aesthetics were.
