I recently purchased a handbag from Victoria Beckham and I’m absolutely delighted with my experience. The quality of the bag is outstanding. It looks incredibly elegant and luxurious.
What impressed me even more was the attention to detail beyond the product itself. About a week after my purchase, I received a thank-you card, which felt very personal and thoughtful. It’s rare to see this level of care for the customer nowadays.
Overall, it’s not just a beautiful product, but a complete luxury experience. Excellent quality, stunning design, and truly impressive customer care. I will definitely be coming back!

I tried to make another purchase and the site lets me place the item in my cart. the item shows as available until I try to complete the purchase and then it tells me it’s out of stock. It won’t even let me join the waitlist

i purchase online as well as in store in London. since i live in Belgium most purchases are online. this works well, orders are received timely, returns processed correct and repaid correctly. i love the quality of the products, the cuts, the materials. i have bought jeans, two piece suits, evening dress, coctail dress, skirt. all beautiful timeless and super elegant.

A package from a friend
I've been regularly purchasing clothes from Victoria Beckham's online shop for three years. I live in Italy, and I've never had any issues with delivery, which has always arrived within 5 business days. The packages are super chic: black, well-packaged, and with a handwritten note from Victoria (printed, of course), which makes you feel like you've received a package from a friend. Everything is perfect for me.

beautiful dresses, great make-up - lousy service in shop
I love love love the shape of dresses and the jeans. Am a big fan of the make-up and have been buying for years. I visited the shop for the first time in London and was extremely disappointed with the service... I was first followed through the shop as if not trusted, then when I got the dresses to try, no one checked in on me - I did decide to buy one dress - of nearly 1000 GBP and had to go find a salesperson to close the sale - it was packed quickly - I paid and was sent off but did not feel valued as a customer at all... no interest - just pay and get out

El producto me encanta y sienta…
El producto me encanta y sienta fenomenal pero el servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente. Estuve enviado consultas durante más de dos semanas porque el producto no llegaba y según la información de la compra debería haber llegado en pocos días. En ningún momento me informaron ni se pusieron en contacto conmigo. A pesar de que finalmente llegó, pensé que nunca lo recibiría. El servicio de atención al cliente debería ser mejor para poder animar a la compra online.

I bought a gorgeous bag, that felt like it was made for me. Had great expectations and it didn't disappoint. Great quality. Beautifully packaged. Fast shipment and delivery, overseas.

Frustrating online experience
Whist I absolutely adore the products and design ( I’ve been loyally buying VB since 2008) , the website service lets them down … when you try to seek help online it’s a struggle and there is no telephone service to chat through issues. My problem is I keep getting emails “how was your purchase” although I’ve made no purchase. I don’t understand and it is concerning as it then makes me think my account has been debited. When I go through the store at Dover Street it’s a totally different experience. They are marvellous. They are Attentive and super helpful. However they cannot fully intervene with the online process ( they’ve tried). I love the staff at Dover street. And I love the products. And the quality of the product is second to none. So I fully endorse this brand in that respect. It’s the online that’s the frustrating part I’m afraid. I hope you can sort But this is, I guess, a cry for help. Please sort out the online spamming of emails and add a telephone number to help loyal customers who just need to sort something! If I were in head office I’d be concerned with the AI summary of customer service online. Help……..
