Препоръчвам търговеца. Аз оставам техен клиент.

Давам ниска оценка защото никъде не пише в обявата че паната са в разглобен вид и доставката няма преглед няма как да ви дам 400 лв. за нещо което не мога да видя!

Very easy to make an order and I am so happy with the product and price.

I'm ordering multiple times from VidaXL and i'm satisfied by their support. I was wondering about the sizes of stock but the team responded me via email quickly with all details providing.

The price is high and when the product arrives it looks cheap

Поръчвал съм няколко различни продукта и засега съм много доволен от съотношението цена/качество. Взех покривало за каравана, с което покривам ретро кемпер ван, много е добро като изработка. Взех и сенници за прозорец и балкон.

Маркуча който поръчах има дефект. Две малки дупчици през които засмуква въздух когато помпата работи.Пари хвърлени на вятъра.

Delivery took 11 business days. There is no live support and the bot is ridiculous. The return policy is of disadvantage to the customer. I have been waiting more than a week for a pick up and return.

Поръчахме няколко продукта с различни доставки. Получихме ги доста бързо. Всички продукти бяха без забележки.

Bad construction. The tent has not good fixed. Only little breeze, destroyed.
I am very disappointed.

I ordered 4 pieces of bathroom furniture from them in the "old wood" finish. The images on the website made it look nice and rustic, but what I got looked nothing like the pictures. I was aware that it's not solid wood, but instead of the nice finish I saw on the website, the items I received were covered in ugly, pixelated printed foil. They looked cheap, ugly, and nothing like the textured wood shown on their website. Misleading doesn’t even begin to cover it. This was a deliberate deception.

I contacted support immediately. Their useless chatbot told me I’d be charged 19.99 BGN per item to return them, even though this wasn’t buyer’s remorse, it was a bait-and-switch. The product was not as advertised and was clearly misrepresented in the photos.

Then they emailed me in English, even though the entire site, checkout, and order were in Bulgarian. The email I received also had a disclaimer that it was automatically translated into English. Translated from what? Why is a local customer being treated like an afterthought the moment there's a problem? Why am I being forced into a multilingual maze just to get my basic consumer rights respected? This is ridiculous.

This company is dishonest, evasive, and preys on people with flashy photos that have nothing to do with the trash they ship. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay away.

Editting to add more to the story. I sent them an email where I stated and I quote "I am not returning these products because I changed my mind, but because they were misrepresented on your website. The “старо дърво” (old wood) finish looks nothing like what was shown in the product images"

Today they responded to this email. Their agent Ana Zavalniuk said "I am sorry to hear that your product encountered weather damage." What weather damage? Is reading that difficult?

Clearly, they are either complete idiots or they just don't understand English. So I called their support number that, according to their website is accessible for 3 hours a day on business days... Pre-recorded message was in broken Bulgarian with a heavy Russian or Ukraininan accent. The person that served me was also obviously not native and I only hope he understood what I was trying to say...

Honestly, I don't know what the hell is happening.

And last edit: they seem to want to convince the world they've found a solution that satisfies me. This is not the case. They agreed to honour my right to return unopened items, after I had to explain consumer protection laws to them multiple times. They didn't find a solution. They tried to waste my time repeatedly until they realised they could do no more and were forced to do what the law requires them to do.

Excellent quality, easy to assemble, fast delivery

Мивката е страхотна, като качество и изработка! Но...същата пристигна с леко отчупване на ръба, и това е било забелязано от търговеца, не е при транспорта( много добре е опакована). Също така размерът е в долните граници, което е малко подвеждащо. Иначе качеството е много добро!

Описанието на продуктите е некоректно и става ясно какво си е поръчал човек едва след като получи потвърждение на поръчката.Също така помолих да пренасочат пратката на друг адрес ,но и това не бяха направили.Никога повече няма да поеъчам.
