The sponsored page via Google is a scam.
This website comes up first when you google ETA. The direct link to the application form is sponsored. The form is a copy of the official Canadian ETA. No word of a third party on that page. Next page is the payment and the 99 USD are not clear like on a decent payment page. I only noticed once I submitted the payment. I immediately mailed them to cancel. They did answer very quickly, but are charging me a service fee of 29 USD to cancel. While browsing their website they explain why it is worth applying through their website vs. the official website. I don't agree with this at all. Not worth the 99 USD vs 7 CAD. The sponsored link is a trick and I feel I should get a full refund considering I IMMEDIATELY mailed. I first called btw, but I got a voice mail of some sort in Spanish.
Update 5 months later: never received any refund whatsoever.

AUFPASSEN!!!!! Kauft bloß nicht eure ESTA ODER eTA dort!!!! Die Seite zockt euch komplett ab. Sie wird gesponsert deswegen ist es immer der erste Link auf Google. Normalerweise kostet eine eTA 7 kanadische Dollar. Ich hab den Antrag ausgefüllt und als ich meine Kreditkarten Daten eingetragen habe, stand da KEIN Preis (mein größter Fehler, dass ich das nicht als Alarm gedeutet habe!!!) nach der Bestätigung bekomme ich angezeigt das es 99 DOLLAR gekostet hat!!! Ich wollte nach wenigen Minuten es stornieren aber die Seite lässt es nicht zu! Ich warne jeden vor dieser Seite. Kauft da bloß nichts !!!!!!!

Personalized and prompt service
I applied for my eTA on the government website, but it was denied twice. While looking for help online I found the agency hired their $99 USD service. They reviewed in detail the reason why it was being denied all the time, and once resolved, thay completed the process, within an hour, my eTA was approved.
If it hadn't been for Alex's help, I would have missed my flight, which was three days later. The price included a support and reservations service, which luckily I didn't need to use. If I have to travel again, I will contact you Alex.

visit-app.org keep trying to take my negative review down.I posted a recent genuine review of being scammed out of $99 for an Australian visa that is available free from the authentic government website.
First visit-ap.org requested that Trust Pilot verify my review claiming they did not know me - curious given the ongoing email communication in place between us!! Then, once verified by Trust Pilot visit-app.org have flagged my reposted review as containing harmful or illegal content - IT DOES NOT! Clearly they don't want anyone to see my review as it exposes them as third party scammers misleading the unwary. If you need a tourist visa for Australia make sure you apply via the App and avoid contact with visit-app.org

A friend recommended that I process my visa through visit-app.org. I contacted them, and they answered all my questions regarding my trip and the type of visa I needed. I filled out the form on their website, and in less than three hours, my ETA was approved. I am satisfied with the service, and I will not hesitate to each out to them for any long-distance trips I may need to take.

Professional and attentive juan
I tried to contact the Mexican consulate to process my visa, but they didn't help and gave me confusing information. I decided to pay 99 USD to the agency for assistance. They sent me to approved visa in two days, and I was able to stay in touch with tha agent, juan, throughout the process. The only negative aspect for me is that communication is via email and not by phone, although I must say thay respond quickly and are attentive. I recommend them.

Ils ont prélevé 2 fois 99USD sur mon compte et malgré de nombreuses demandes et relances ils n'ont remboursé qu'une seule fois 70USD alors qu'ils m'ont dit avoir remboursé une fois pour moi et une fois pour mon mari.Ils ne répondent même plus aux mails !

Sham. This site charged me 99 USD for an ESTA that should have cost 21 USD. Google boosts this page to top of search results. It looks like a government website but it's not. They did process my application but failed to send me the successful ESTA form, which I had to retrieve manually from the government website.

Was conned into thinking this was the official e visa site for Australia. Cost me 10x the standard rate. I don't even know if the visas are genuine as I couldn't take the risk and applied the official route once I realised I'd been conned. Official method using the app is actually quicker and easier. Unfortunately the Aussie government didn't want to pay Google so their listing is after all the scam sites...
