I am extremely disappointed with your online services and my recent order. It has been over a month since I placed my order, yet I have received no shipment information or updates. I have emailed your customer service multiple times and have not received a single response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
What makes it worse is that I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one experiencing these problems. For a company selling products at such high prices, this kind of poor service is unacceptable and must be seriously reviewed and addressed.
At this point, I don’t even know who to contact for a refund. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will never purchase from your company again and will strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

As an overseas customer, it's a blessing to be able to purchase Vitagreen products here in Canada. My family and I have been eating Lingzhi for many years, and our immunity has gotten much better!

Shopping on the vitagreen website was super smooth and easy. My order arrived earlier than expected and was nicely packed.

This is horrible, the person on the other end of the line was rude and took forever, the machine always breaks and scams people. They even hanged up on me when I was calling.

False advertisement, vitagreen will charge you for complimentary gifts even though it’s advertised as a gift. Will you reach out to customer service to tell you that there’s nothing wrong and focus on what’s being advertised.

I sent them email to help me with an issue about my order but they ghosted after charging. As a first-time customer, it is really disappointing and discouraging me to order again. Poor customer service!

I followed up SIX times over the past five weeks on an order I placed in November and received no response! My order still has NOT been shipped!!!!!

Don’t order from Vista green Canada, I placed order via their Canada site and when I received the order, I have to pay for duty tax due to shipping it from HK. This is ridiculous. What is the point of having a Canada branch when stuff all ship from HK?!??!? I don’t think the buyer should be responsible for that. If I know it is going to ship from Hk, I won’t even bother to order from them. Sent them an email last week regarding on this issue and still have no response.

The order was wrong. There is not really a customer service contact. Obly option is to send message on the website. I sent a message on the website twice and no response. No confirmation or case number when you send message on website by the way, so just waiting for a possible response. Worst e-commerce website ever.

I bought over $400 worth of products and never received anything from this company. Their deliver service in the US is not capable of fulfilling my order. 3 months later, they are still keeping my money, no products. Don’t waste your money with them! They will just take your money and never talked to you!

Shopping experience was great, easy to place order. The only drawback is there is no tracking number for the shipment since they change shipping company. So we’re in the dark of the fulfillment of the order
