Rubbish company
Nearly five months after leaving this company, I am still receiving training modules that I am apparently expected to complete.
Not only does this highlight how poorly the company appears to be managing its systems and off boarding processes, but it also raises serious concerns about how they are handling personal data and GDPR responsibilities.
I have now asked for my personal details to be removed from your systems. Please ensure this is dealt with promptly before I consider taking the matter further.
Any school considering using this company should think very carefully before doing so. In my experience, I would advise schools to consider using their own caretakers instead. Trust me it will be the best decision you make doing it in house.

I have been booking with vivify weekly…
I have been booking with vivify weekly for around 9 months and I can accurately say around 60% of the time there’s been an issue and in the last few months there’s been an issue 100% of the time. Numerous issues with staff on are incompetent we have been turned away 2 weeks in a row due to the supply closet being locked we have been turned away and only told once we arrived at the venue, when we due arrive they take ages to open the gate to the point where you have to get out of your vehicle and relentlessly press the button until somebody finally lets you in and then when you do get in most of the time you have to go in the supply closet and set up the net your self and the hall is just empty?
They have recently raised there prices it’s not worth the money at all, they even had the audacity once to suggest that we share a badminton with another group of 4 strangers meaning 8 people on a badminton net, because the staff was too lazy to get up and do it himself

Excellent Service from Start to Finish.
I had a very smooth and excellent experience booking a hall through Vivify. The entire process was straightforward, well-organised, and handled professionally from beginning to end. A special mention goes to Magaye, who was absolutely fantastic. His service was top-notch, he responded swiftly to every query, was always helpful and attentive, and made sure any issues or concerns were promptly addressed and resolved. His professionalism and excellent customer service really stood out. I would definitely recommend Vivify to anyone looking to book a venue. Great experience overall.

One of the worst companies I have to…
One of the worst companies I have to deal with.
I have block bookings in a local school where I run a badminton club for 7 hours per week.
The hall is often a mess, I complain and nothing happens.
Light bulbs went out and it took 9 months of complaining to get them fixed.
The storage cupboard is a mess and difficult to get equipment out of. I have been complaining to vivify for about 12 months.
I dont think they talk to the school.
I agreed my bookings for another year. The first invoice has gone up by about 25%. I called to ask about it with 5 days before it was due to be taken. They have done nothing! And now I am going to have to fight to claw it back. Except they dont respond to emails and wont answer their phones.
Thats a lie, they did answer the phone once, but when I said I needed to complain about the price being wrong they hung up on me.
If you can avoid this company then I recommend you do.
I'd you are a school and you want to rent out your facilities, please do not use these people!

Great comms from start to finish
Hired a room at a school in Stoke Newington for using as a base for our film crew for the day. Great comms from start to finish with the Vivify team. Staff on site were super helpful and accommodating. Great costs for the space

Great communication, easy booking process
Vivify overall have been super responsive and efficient. The booking process is quick and straightforward, and Debbie in particular has been fantastic at communicating throughout- any concerns or needs I've raised have been taken seriously and dealt with quickly.
