The telephone operator
The telephone operator - Roger - was extremeley helpful and made the process of booking many slots very easy when I was unable to due to the poor web page which was not showing slots after August 26.
His understanding and professionalism was very much appreciated

Amy and Darriel have been very helpful and professional whenever I've dealt with them.
I've been using the system for a few months now, but I still feel it's a little early to give a full review of my overall experience. Although, I find the system could be more user-friendly in some areas.

Semi pro football club - Vivify has everything covered
I’ve been running the youth section of a semi pro football club for the last couple of seasons and Vivify have been fantastic. They’ve looked after our training and matches for players aged 4 to 18. Really positive experience

Cancellation of a netball court due to the extreme heat
I explained the situation that we wanted to cancel this evenings netball session due to the extreme heat.Your caller Tamzin agreed that this was an event beyond anyone's controll and agreed with the cancellation and to accredit us with the session so that we can use it for next term. She was thorough and went through a number of checks to varify who I was which was reassuring as I am not the person who usually deals with the Admin as she is currently on vacation.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, no way to call them. Agree to ring you but never hear from them. Instead of supporting long standing clients they will hand over contracts to others without speaking with you. I am surprised any venues want to work with them as they will have a lot of unhappy customers
So i have now received a feedback stating they take the customer experience seriously and to contact thier customer representative. HOW DO I DO THAT. No contact information and emails dont get reaponded to so again highlights the poor communication

Wow - Great experience
Wow, these guys are amazing.
I’ve ran many events, clubs and different organisations but these guys really helped me and my team get up and running.
We had a goal to get into a venue suitable for our martial arts franchise and they helped us find and see multiple venues which saved us the job of having to ring up all the schools and leisure centres in the area and do it ourselves.
This then led to a swift manoeuvre into a venue and then to top that, the staff on site have been amazing too!
Couldn’t recommend them enough to any business owners looking to expand.
Big mention to Debbie, Rocco and the team who have been a massive help,

I am extremely disappointed with the…
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Vivify Venues.
As a dance school owner, I book specific facilities in advance based on essential requirements such as space and access to a sound system. However, on multiple occasions, my bookings have been changed at the last minute with little to no notice, and I have been placed in rooms that are completely unsuitable for dance classes.
This is not a one-off issue but an ongoing pattern. I have arrived onsite to find my room changed without prior communication, and more recently was informed at 7:20pm the evening before a session that I would no longer have access to the hall I had booked. The alternative offered was a small drama studio with no sound system, which is not fit for purpose for a group of 30 dancers.
Attempts to resolve this have been equally frustrating. Urgent emails have gone unanswered for hours, and I have been left with a “take it or cancel” approach despite having paid in advance for a specific facility. This has caused disruption to my business, loss of teaching time, and reputational impact with my clients.
Vivify have acknowledged that communication has been poor and that the alternative spaces provided were not suitable, yet the issues continue.
Overall, this experience reflects a serious lack of organisation, communication, and consideration for paying customers. I would strongly caution others relying on these facilities for professional use.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has gone steadily downhill. Locations are constantly being changed, often at short notice, which makes it very difficult. Communication is poor and important information is not always shared clearly or in a timely manner. Overall, the service has become unreliable and disappointing compared to what it once was.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The company are extremely unorganised from start to finish, with plans and arrangements being changed repeatedly at short notice. Communication is poor, and it often felt like no one was on the same page. What should be a straightforward booking becomes stressful due to the lack of professionalism and consistency. I wouldn’t recommend their services based on my experience.
