With a large lawn and several smaller side lawns I needed a wide cutting mower. The vonhaus mower with an 1800W motor looked ideal and proved so when I first used it. For health reasons the lawns had not been cut since early October and by end of March the grass was 9 inches or more long but the vonhaus mower just ploughed through it without a problem. Two cuts from highest level to one above lowest and the lawns were as good as new.
Ordering was easy on the vonhaus website and it arrived after a few days, a little simple assembly and I was in the garden mowing.

We had an issue with the batteries being stuck on the brushcutter we had just bought. Contacted customer services expecting to have a long drawn out process but Harold sent some useful troubleshooting tips which we tried but unfortunately didn't work. We let them know and without hesitation they sent out a replacement brush cutter. Great, friendly, efficient service all round including Harold, Edwin and John. The brushcutter is a good piece of kit too!

My recent purchase of a 1600w 2-in-1 Scarifier & Aerator from Von Haus was very well packaged and very easy to put together. It is robust and the performance was excellent. The raker / aerator attachments were easy to change over……once I realised some alignment was required on removal.
The only negative was with the good sized collection bag. There was a thin metal bar across the opening, used for hooking it onto the scarifier. I found this quite annoying every time I emptied it as I had to push the moss out underneath the bar to remove it from the bag. Surely this could be improved by having hooks at the side to attach it? As such, I am only giving it a 4 star as opposed to a 5 star. That said I am still pleased with my purchase. 😊

Excellent service, prompt delivery and informative. Very pleased with the rotavator makes turning the soil a breeze, got the job done in an afternoon rather than a few days and much easier on my back.

Superb machine which has done a great job on our lawns. Easy to use and made a huge difference. Will say the collection box is very small, as noted by others and needed emptying after every up and down despite raking the lawn twice by hand first. And the instructions for putting the machine together were very poor. Difficult to work out from the unclear diagrams and what to do. We worked it out! But caused frustration!

I ordered a bench cover for my wooden garden bench. It arrived super quick. Well packaged. The quality of the material is fantastic. Fits my bench perfectly and stays put even through the recent gales! Completely waterproof. Really easy to put on and off. Love it !!

I ordered a pack of ten glass rectangular food storage containers in two sizes. Their lids are plastic and fit securely. They were good quality and good value. Delivery was quick and the dishes were superbly packed for transport. I knew more or less what to expect as I had an earlier version some years ago. I was not disappointed.

The process of ordering to receiving the items went very smoothly without any problems I used the scarifier today a it made an excellent job of removing moss Garden Scarifier

I emailed Vonhaus on 1 April as my order for a garden bench cover had not been delivered. They promptly investigated and offered to send a replacement which I agreed to and I received this on 7th April. I have used this product before and find the quality excellent and is very reasonably priced. Well done Vonhaus!

It's nice looking but the brackets are on the outside so gives a poor finish, especially when you spent a few thousand on a brand new bathroom , I do have pictures but this review don't seem to allow uploading pictures but hopefully helps someone, model description is as below and brought via B&Q market place
