Very pleased. Order arrived within three days was free delivery and it was a bank holiday weekend as well. Exceptional service. Superb price. Excellent quality. Tested and used with perfect results accuracy very good well within acceptable tolerances.
All in all a very enjoyable and satisfying shopping experience. Will definitely use VonHaus again.

Bought a mower straight from the company and on using it had a small problem. They replaced it keeping me informed of what was happening and showed me they valued their customers above anything else.

Had an issue with my 40v cordless hedge trimmer last week. Contacted VonHaus by email and customer service was absolutely excellent. Fully understood the problem and offered a replacement. I do use VonHaus tools and find them very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Very sturdy shelving. Took a little while to assemble but quality excellent.

Usually a fan of Von Haus products, but this BBQ has a downgrade on the previous model moving from cast iron grills to a coated thin metal instead. BBQ structure seems to have not changed, just the grills.

This takes around 12 hrs to heat up my tiny box room that I use for office.

Fast delivery. Dead quick and easy to assemble.
Small but effective machine that does what it says. The collection bag is a waste of time as it's too small. Far quicker to hoover the moss up with the lawn mower.

We saw the item (the garden bench) whilst looking to replace an ageing wooden one. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was astonishingly fast. The packaging was excellent, so that no damage occurred in transit. Assembly was not difficult, with each part numbered and the hardware labelled and easily identified through the separated, labelled sections. All in all, a great product at a decent price and being well used.

A fab purchase! My back pain has subsided already. Very happy with it. Very speedy delivery too!

I had lost my instruction manual for my pressure washer.
Emailed Van Haus on Easter Sunday for a replacement and had response in hours with instruction leaflet attached. Excellent response on a holiday weekend

When you look at Trustpilot, 11% of VonHaus reviews are 1 star. And reading through them mostly related to delivery (couriers) and/ or customer service. Any one in management who is reading should be able to sort.
We had both problems, courier and made a complaint. They thought the complaint was sorted by sending a replacement after the first Read more about review stating Disappointed Service - both courier and customer servicewas lost and haven't heard from them since. Dispite the fact it was over week later then advertised they would deliver and had to deal with god awful courier customer services (Yodel this time)
VonHaus seem to have a lot going for them - wanted to use a UK company over amazon - from what I have seen from it seems to be a good product.
Just let down by poor service and has put me off using VonHaus in the future. It would be nice if they responded without a standard reply you see in Trustpilot. Or customer services were able to take ownership and resolved quickly in the first place and I may have given a 4/5 starS
