Mi experiencia ha sido lamentable.
Hice una compra de dos perfumes de Loewe y y tras realizar el pago, inmediatamente me dijeron que se les había agotado el stock. Me ofrecieron la devolución del dinero o sino me corría prisa, me indicaron que iban a intentar encontrar la mercancía en otros comerciales con los que trabajaban. Después de no recibir respuesta por parte de ellos, durante unas cuantas semanas, les volví a escribir, y casualmente habían encontrado existencias y quedaron en hacer el envío de las mismas y avisarme en todo momento del estado del pedido. Tras una semana larga, me he vuelto a poner en contacto con ellos y me han vuelto a contestar con el mismo correo que hicieron inicialmente diciéndome que no tenía existencias. Les he vuelto a escribir para decirles por favor que me hagan la devolución y inmediatamente del importe, ya que por más que les he llamado por teléfono, no ha sido posible la comunicación con ellos. Toda comunicación ha sido vía e-mail ya que el teléfono que indican en la web no está operativo.
Finalmente hoy 1 de octubre he recibido los perfumes después de casi dos meses de incertidumbre ya que la forma en la que se ha gestionado el estado del pedido ha sido bastante mala así como la comunicación con ellos. Por si hay alguna duda dispongo de lo mails intercambiados así como el listado de llamadas hechas las cuales NUNCA han sido respondidas ya que SIEMPRE que he llamado tras el primer tono se cortaba automáticamente (que casualidad).
Siento dar esta valoración a pesar de haber recibido el pedido.

J’ai fait une commande de 2 parfums le…
J’ai fait une commande de 2 parfums le 23/07/24, le statut de cette commande reculant de jour en jour, je contacte la société par mail. Un monsieur me répond 2 jours après et tout ce qu’il me dit est professionnel et dans son mail il a l’air de dire qu’il fait le nécessaire pour me renvoyer la commande si je donne mon accord, ce que je fais.
3 semaines plus tard tj pas de commande, donc je reprends contact avec et il dit que ma commande est à nouveau perdue…
Je lui demande le remboursement, le 3/09/24, il dit faire le nécessaire pour ça!
Nous sommes le 18/09/24, je n’ai à ce jour, ni parfum, ni argent (110€ tout de même)
Je suis extrêmement déçue, je n’ai pas pris la peine de lire vos nombreux commentaires de mise en garde, à mon grand regret, on ne m’y reprendra plus et malheureusement moi qui suit indépendante aussi, je n’aime pas faire de mauvaise publicité, mais c’est vraiment décevant et démunissant de se retrouver dans cette situation… malgré la bonne foi du Monsieur, les actes sont toujours sans aucune preuve à ce jour…
Évolution:
Le jour où j’ai posté ceci, tout est rentré dans l’ordre, j’ai été remboursée comme par magie!
Mais j’ai voulu laisser ce monsieur un peu dans l’attente, pour le mettre dans la même position et qu’il comprenne ce que c’est de ne pas avoir de pouvoir sur la situation…

Oggi, finalmente, dopo numerosi solleciti ho ricevuto il rimborso sul mio conto corrente.

ORDINE SISVCNZRF
Il 22 agosto ho acquistato del materiale sul sito della VR PERFUMERY. Pagamento di 111,23€ tramite carta VISA, effettuato al momento della conferma dell’ordine.
Il 27 agosto mi arriva in e-mail la comunicazione che l’ordine è stato spedito.
Il 5 settembre chiedo alla VR PERFUMERY il tracking del pacco.
Il 6 settembre ricevo una e-mail in cui mi scrivono che si sono informati presso il Corriere SEUR, ma il pacco risulta non rintracciabile. Mi dicono che posso scegliere se chiedere una nuova spedizione della merce acquistata o se voglio un rimborso.
Chiedo di ricevere un rimborso.
Il 7 settembre mi mandano una e-mail dove mi dicono che ha inviato il rimborso completo.
Scrivo di nuovo al signor chiedendogli di inviarmi una copia dell’ORDINE DI RIMBORSO.
Il 10 settembre, non avendo ricevuto ancora niente, in tarda serata scrivo l’e-mail che vi allego alla fine della recensione.
Nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questa recensione non ho ricevuto ancora una risposta, non mi è stata inviata nessuna ricevuta dell’ORDINE DI RIMBORSO, né (ovviamente) c’è traccia del rimborso nella mia carta VISA.
Voglio dire all'Azienda che, quando leggerà questa recensione, nella risposta che fornirà non si deve dilungare molto con le solite chiacchiere sulla presunta attenzione al cliente (leggete tutte le altre recensioni qui su TRUSTPILOT).
Dal 7 settembre non c’è stato modo di farmi avere la copia dell’ORDINE DI RIMBORSO (che, molto probabilmente non è stato effettuato). Bastava quello per dimostrare la buona fede. Non c’ è molto da aggiungere.
Comunque, come già comunicato alla VR PERFUMERY, aspetterò fino a venerdì 13 prima di procedere con le dovute denunce presso le Autorità Competenti.
Non ci sono parole per un comportamento del genere.

Sabato 7 settembre ho ricevuto la vostra e-mail con la quale mi avete comunicato che mi avete inviato il rimborso richiesto.
Ad oggi sulla mia carta VISA non è arrivato ancora niente.
Dopo la ricezione della vostra e-mail vi ho scritto chiedendovi una COPIA DELL’ORDINE DI RIMBORSO, con gli estremi dell’operazione, ma non ho ricevuto niente.
Visto che il pacco che mi avete spedito è andato perso ( da come dite in precedenti e-mail), mi aspettavo che mi avreste rimborsato immediatamente i 111,23€ che sono il valore che ho pagato per la merce che è andata persa.
Da quello che ho letto sul sito TRUSTPILOT, quello che è successo a me non è un episodio sporadico, ma è una cosa che succede di continuo.
Ora, se la colpa è del Corriere SEUR, da parte vostra, per dimostrare serietà, dovreste TEMPESTIVAMENTE rimborsare quanto dovuto.
Altrimenti, leggendo le innumerevoli recensioni su TRUSTPILOT, viene il sospetto che una gestione del genere sia fatta A VIZIO.
Comunque, visto quanto detto sopra, vi avviso che se, a seguito di questa mia e-mail:
1) Non riceverò IMMEDIATAMENTE la COPIA DELL’ORDINE DI RIMBORSO con tutti i riferimenti per controllare la regolarità dell’operazione
2) entro venerdì 13 settembre 2024 non risulterà accreditata per intero sulla mia carta VISA la cifra di 111,23€
provvederò a sporgere regolare denuncia alle Autorità Competenti.
Resto in attesa di quanto richiesto.

Be careful with VR Perfumery!
I ordered a product from VR Perfumery but never received it. After contacting customer support, they promised a refund to my bank account. Despite waiting several weeks, I still haven't received nor my product, nor a refund.
When I followed up, they told me to file a claim with my bank instead of resolving the issue themselves. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
Additionally, I've seen many other customers facing similar issues, which indicates a recurring problem with their service. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
Update: After many months my bank help with getting a refund.

Don't order anything from this company
This company is scam. I ordered the products in the beginning of May, I got the email they shipped the products. The products were supposed to arrive before May 22 but I didn't get them. I noticed I even didn't get the tracking number so I sent an email to them but they didn't reply. I searched about this company and I found a lot of people complained about the same issue on the Trustpilot. I sent second email to them but they didn't reply again so I called my bank for a dispute.
I saw they replied somebody who gave a good review on the Trustpilot in the beginning of June. They can reply for their good review but ignore customers who didn't get products? They stole our money!
I live in the US so I can't but I want somebody who live in Spain to report this company to police and shut down their business.
Everybody who got scammed should call the bank for a dispute. They investigate this company and give you money back.
After 2 weeks since I called the bank this company finally contacted me because they got the bank claim. They said we have been informed by the transport agency SEUR (DHL's Spanish partner) that your parcel cannot be located and may not be delivered as initially anticipated.
But I even didn't get the tracking number so I think this is lie. If this is true, I want them to show me the tracking number.
They said they processed a refund but I already got the money back from the bank before so this company can't refuse money back.
They also said in any case, if DHL finally manages to delivery your parcel, please keep the perfume with you but I didn't buy perfume, I bought something different. I won't get anything nobody sent.

I have read a lot of bad/ negative…
I have read a lot of bad/ negative reviews from this company and i though my experience would be helpful.
I must admit after reading the comments i was sceptical on placing an onder, but i did anyway. I bought a perfume at a very good price ( retail price in othe places are £130, they sold it for £68). i bought the product and it was sent within a few days, Unfortunately the courier had misplaced the order and my product was the last one in stock. I was immediately offered the full refund or to wait, as they were receiving some product soon. I requested the refund last Monday and the money has just hit my account.
Customer service was very helpful and i will purchase in the future again.

I placed my order on April 4th. On April 16, they canceled the order themselves and tried to blame the carrier (similar method as comments below). First, they promised to refund, then they continued to blame the bank and POS for having problems, and said they had confirmed the transfer and would receive it in 2-3 days, now it's been 4 days and still no problem. whatever happens. They should change their fake company name to BLAME. If I were in Spain, I would report it to the police and on social platforms. And I will also notify the DPD carrier because vrperfumery is fake and using DPD's name, affecting the reputation of the DPD carrier. Cancellation. Non-fulfillment of refund

Total : 598.80 Euro
I made the above 2 orders on 3.12th and 3.15th. I even write order# to prove that it is not any falsehood.
However, I was told that it had been delivered, and a few days later, I was suddenly informed that there was a delivery problem. I asked for a refund after receiving an e-mail that said I was sorry for the passage of time and that if I asked for a refund, I would process a refund immediately.
I received an e-mail saying that I refunded 2 orders on the April 2nd, but the refund has not yet been made and the card payment has been withdrawn from the account.
After that, I sent a lot of emails about this issue, but I haven't received any response yet.
I just don't understand.
I'm currently considering a lawsuit through a credit card company.

I would appreciate it if any Spaniards or Spaniards watching this review could call this company and ask why they haven't canceled my 2 orders (see above for order number) and when they will be refunded.

After posting the review on Trustpilot, the email only received an answer from the seller.
He gave the wrong reason and said he would process the refund soon. The fact that it was refunded on the 2nd of April was a lie.
Anyway, to prevent another victim from happening, I will keep updating the progress until I get a refund. I would appreciate it if you could keep an eye on it.

After a long time, I finally received an e-mail on the 30th of April that the refund will be made to my bank within a few days from this company.

Still, you are not fulfilling any cancellation or refund. We will continue to have you sue the card company and international regulations if you cancel or fail to refund.
We will also report your fraudulent activity by any means other than the Trustpilot site.

Had some issues in the past which seemed to be related to the carrier.
Though this is quickly resolved by the excellent customer service.
Delivery times can be a bit long but it’s not really an issue for me personally.
Would recommend 5/5.

Package still not delivered nor refunded after 3 months
On January 6th I placed an order of €106.61.
On January 25th, the package was still not delivered.
When I contacted VR Perfumery they claimed the carrier could not locate the parcel, and agreed on a refund.
They allegedly tried twice to refund me trough Paypal, which failed.
Then in March I proposed a direct wire transfer of the refund, on which they answered "I confirm that I have just sent the provided info to accounting department".
We are now April 14th and I did not receive the parcel nor the refund.
VR Perfumery also no longer answers to my messages.
If this is not a scam, it is at least a poorly organized company. Better stay away from it.
Update 4/5/2024; I finally received my refund. Upgraded rating.

I made an order, but get anything
I made an order on 03/11/2024 for an amount of more than 285euros, I received no confirmation by email. I received a notification on the site that the order has been shipped, and would be delivered on 03/27/2024. Almost a month passed since placing the order, I have not received the ordered perfume or a tracking code. On 02/04/2024 I contacted the seller by sending a message, but there was no response. I hope they contact me and tell me the perfume has bin shipped.

Finally, and going on 7 weeks after ordering, and several mail exchanges and 2 Trust Pilot reviews, my perfume arrived. That was my experience, you can decide for yourself if you find this acceptable, I know I will never use this company again

Stay away from this online store.
I made an order on 03/01/2024 for an amount of more than 230 euros, I received a confirmation by email. On 03/06/2024 I received a notification that the order had been shipped, it would be delivered on 03/18/2024 - 03/20/2024 and they would soon send me a parcel tracking code. 31 days have passed since placing the order, I have not received either the ordered perfume or the parcel tracking code. From which I conclude that my order was never sent. On 03/27/2024 I contacted the seller in two different ways, but there was no response from him to any letter. Stay away from this online store.

A difficult progress
I ordered a perfume early march around the 8th, it said it would arrive on march 22-28. they took the money out my account from the day I ordered. They also said that I would be given a tracking number, I didn't get the package on the 28th or anytime before nor did I get the tracking number.
I have tried to contact support about this issue and I, haven't gotten any response from them

They have gotten back to me which is good.
But the process is still too annoying and complicated for the prices at least for me but if u want to cheapest perfumes and don't care about the effort you need to put then this site is fine.
