Very satisfied

I am very satisfied with the services of VR Perfumery. I ordered 3 bottles of a hard-to-find perfume and got them at a very good price. The customer service (Daniel) was excellent and very responsive. The delivery time was a little longer than expected, but I wasn't in a hurry. I will definitely be ordering from this site again.

Best seller with awesome prices

I would like to write this review as i strongly believe in giving the credit when and where it is due. I ordered a bunch of perfumes from this shop about 2 weeks ago. I would be lying to say that i wasn’t reluctant at first but i still went ahead as the payment method i chose was PayPal. Of the bat i was reached out by Daniel who informed me that one of the perfumes i ordered was not actually in stock and offered a partial refund or ship the remainder of the order once the item was back in stock. I requested a different perfume instead, the cost of which was higher than what i paid for the item that wasn’t in stock. Daniel happily accepted the order at no additional cost to me. If that is not an awesome service than what is!. Daniel kept me informed through out the delivery process and responded every time i asked a question. I was clearly informed in advance that my order would arrive in 2 parts as it was being shipped from 2 distributors. I was provided with the tracking number as well. One of the 2 order finally reached today. I checked both the perfumes and they are both authentic. After my experience with this shop i can safely say that not only the shop is authentic but the products as well. I would strongly recommend that impatient buyers should look elsewhere to buy. You can’t ask for better prices and expect an overnight delivery at the same time. Shipping times vary and it has nothing to do with the shop as the items are shipped from the distributors and hence i find it unfair to ding the shop unnecessarily for it. Daniel, it was a pleasure doing business and i look forward to ordering a bunch more perfumes from your website in the near future.

Update:-
Today i have received the 2nd of the 2 shipments which now completes the order i placed. All the 3 perfumes I ordered were authentic and i had them verified from our local mall to be sure. Like i said before if you have placed your order using Paypal than you have nothing to loose. Just be patient. As long as you are receiving timely updates i do not see a reason for panic.

I did upload the pictures of the order I received but unfortunately Trust pilot would not display it for the audience here. I am more than happy to share the invoice for the sake of reassurance that this was a legit order but unfortunately it is not allowed

Have they stolen 100 euros from me?

Placed an order on September 13th that I later cancelled before it was shipped. Was in direct contact with customer service who confirmed the cancellation. It has now been almost two months and even though I have tried to contact them again many times, I still haven't got my payment of about 100 euros back.

Update: Shortly after publishing this review did the company contact me to give me my money back. Thank you!

Excellent service

Item went missing in transit but the customer service was excellent and new item sent very quickly. Based on previous reviews, I feel there may be a reoccurring challenge with the supplier.

I did start to worry but I was kept up to speed at every point and overall, very pleased with the service.

Never received product, was supplied a refund

I purchased a men's aftershave through this company.

After weeks of not receiving my order, I reached out to the company to see if I would ever receive my package.

They said that the package had been taken by royal mail, and that I may not receive my purchase.

Therefore, I was supplied with a refund quite quickly.

Although it is annoying that I did not get the item that I paid for, customer service of the company was good and they had no problem with giving me a refund, So overall I cannot fault them too much.

Pleasant customer service

Very sophisticated website. Perfumes are legit batch codes are only a few months old.
Had some issues with the initial delivery. Seems like a problem from the parcel service.
Had a very kind customer service from Daniel and I received my parcel very quickly after sorting this out.

Hope their reputation can be fixed.
Will likely order again in the future.

Only 4/5 as there was a slight delay for my parcels.

Excellent service!

Daniel is a very kind and correct businessman. Due to mail error, I did not receive my order. Immediately he offered to resend the goods or refund me the purchase price. I opted for the refund. On the same day I received the amount in my Paypal account. I recommend VR Perfumery for shopping for perfumes and cosmetics at a great price! Thank you!

This is a SCAM company

This is a SCAM company. You might get your money back if you’re lucky. My experience:
19 Jun 23 Order placed.
22 Jun 23 Order (apparently) shipped.
13 Jul 23 Email from vrperfumery telling me that DPD has informed them that the package has been lost. A very amateurish email that just looked like an automated type reply to all. This same day I contacted DPD who could tell me, firstly that the tracking details etc are not recognisable as DPD numbers and that secondly, they receive a huge amount of enquiries and complaints about the company vrperfumery, and failed deliveries. I then requested a full refund.
26 Jul 23 After waiting two weeks for a refund I received nothing. I emailed vrperfumery asking what the delay was.
31 Jul 23 I received a reply from vrperfumery. They stated that there was a failure in their "virtual POS" and that I would receive my refund soon.
1 Aug 23 Six weeks after placing the order, I got my refund.
There are companies out there who have no intention of sending you anything, but will take orders from 1000's of people, hold their money for as long as they can earning £1000's in interest, then refund the people when they realise they must in order to continue doing what they do. I can’t say for certain if vrperfumery are doing this but I needed to share my experience, very similar to other reviews.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Scam web page

I want to warn everybody not to buy anything from this page. This page is not legit and is a scam web page. I tried to order something a month ago and my item has not arrived. Since I live in Spain I have now denounced the webpage and reported it to Guardia Civil. I am sure it will still take some time for them to investigate and close down the web page, in the mean time I urge everyone not to order anything from this web page.

I placed an order but it was cancelled due to item being out of stock. I emailed their customer services and they were super polite, I chose to have a different size of the the same item shipped.

This is a Fraudster scammer !

Dear, but do you still treat your customers this way ? Why did you first confirm that you have the product and are going to ship it only now after 7 days have passed you canceled it - is this a legal contract?

Provide legal proof of reimbursement and compensation for your fraud or will be prosecuted in the European Court and the entire international community on all social networks.

Believe us, we are lawyers with more than 15 years of experience and you will pay dearly in Court for your fraud...

You have 48 hours to provide proof of compensation and this is the last friendly notice....

Whole order refunded without warning because 1 item was apparntly out of stock

I made an order for 3 items but after a couple of days, I got a seemingly automated response telling me the order had been cancelled. I was given no reason at the time, and when I enquired they told me that 1 item in the whole order was out of stock so they refunded the whole thing without giving me a choice. It does not even seem like the item is actually out of stock as I am able to add it to my cart 2 hours after the refund. I have asked for further explanation but have had no reply at all.

I would certainly recommend avoiding this company as they are not clear or honest with their customers.

I stupidly made my order again, and this time they claimed to send it and even gave me a tracking order, when the order still did not arrive I checked the tracking order and it had claimed to be delivered. I phoned Royal Mail and they said the tracking order was for Scotland and suggested I was provided with the wrong tracking order. I asked VRPerfumery to explain this and they never got back to me.
