Ordered on the 14th of June. Website clearly states 2-4 working days. They charge you a shipping fee too. I had people booked in to apply the product I ordered. Order was made in a timely manner to align with the booking I made and with the timeline stated on the website. 10 days later, the product wasn't even dispatched.

It was only dispatched on the 24th. Customer service rudely and coldly states that they will reimburse the shipping fee or cancel altogether. No apologies.

There are plenty of builders merchants around, stay away from these ones. I know I will in the future.

Initially I had high hopes but I have been left disappointed.
It took 2 weeks to have the items delivered, but when I tried to contact customer services to get information regarding the delivery, I couldn't get through by phone and they have ignored my emails.
Not everything has been delivered due to an item being damaged prior to loading at the depot (according to the delivery driver) and I am still waiting to either have it delivered or refunded.
Again customer services are uncontactable.

The company delivered as late as possible on the 7th day, some of goods delivered were damaged. Contacted customer service, provided all information requested including photos, email ignored until I contacted them, they said they would call back, surprise surprise they didn't, called again and the earliest they can deliver the replacements is in a next week delaying my project in total for over 14 days.

This is my second order & delivery with Wade in 10 days ... both deliveries were well advanced notified , and arrived on time in a speedy fashion.
Impressive Service

The fence panels we ordered are very strong and sturdy, wish we'd known about Wade earlier. The delivery guy was great, I don't know how he carries so much weight! Thank you 😊

Ordered some timber. Delivery failed to arrive on scheduled delivery day. Complete lack of coordination between Wade and courier - both of whom I had multiple phone calls with. Wade then requested that I have two people on hand to offload the timber from the vehicle (no mention of this requirement when ordering). Before I'd had a chance to arrange a second person to help me they said due to problems with the courier they could no longer send me the goods. Order was refunded but my building project was delayed by 3 weeks. Seems a chaotic company.

It’s taken 11 days to receive the item !! I could of walked to australia quicker

The product ordered is as I expected and a great price,the staff at Wade were very pleasant and helpful,however due to late delivery and no correspondence from the courier either by email or text could be considerably improved

Quality goods that were delivered in a timely fashion. I was at a funeral when goods were delivered and they kindly stacked them in my back garden.

Delivery late and a shambles, very poor communication

Easy to use web site orders went through so quickly email back with delivery instructions all products in stock and fast delivery
