Never received my order. The delivery person NEVER made me aware he/she was there, then the package was "waiting for me for 15 days" without me being aware and then sent back to China (factory), all that and i NEVER got any update. Also, i kept checking the order tracking link they'd gave me at order, and i NEVER knew it was even in the country, it's only when i contacted them that they sent me ANOTHER tracking link, and then I saw the whole "waiting for 15 days then sent back". And when I asked for a refund : "our policy does not offer refund if you weren't home on delivery day, but we would be happy to re-ship it to you if you pay extra". Spoiler alert : i WAS home. FRAUD all the way.

Bought 5 of the folding expandable bags because they looked so great! Used mine once—tore a hole in the corner and the part that is supposed to slide over the handle of luggage ripped because it isn’t wide enough to fit over the handle as it was intended!
Not worth the money!!!!

Not as described. 4 week delivery from China so I was on my trip when it arrived. 10 day return window was already closed.
They do not accept return if the reason is "did not like". This will teach me to make a quick purchase decision without checking out the vendor. This is a 50 cent item.

Order a bag, it was expensive for the cheap,horrible bag they sent. It also had a rip in it like someone cut it! I will never buy from them again. This is the kind of business that gives ecommerce a bad name.

Waited over a month ... product is not like what’s in the photo.. very dissatisfied.. China .. will never buy from them again..

NEVER order from Wanderland Design. This is an internet scam job. Ordered a bag and never got same . Tried to get a refund, never got the refund. They answered a few of the 9 emails I sent and then only gave promises that were never followed thru on.

I ordered their duffel bag but could get no information about when it would arrive. Weeks? Months? No one seemed to know. I canceled the order. Or at least I thought I did. I kept getting emails, telling me the order was processed. (No, it was canceled.) Thanking me for my order. (No, it was canceled.) That it had shipped. Weeks went by. It must have been shipped on one of those cargo barges from China, or the moon. I emailed (5th time) that I had cancelled. They told me to refuse delivery. I disputed the charge on my credit card.
It arrived! A piece of cheap crap! I sent it back.
Just got an email demanding I put the payment through.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. After waiting 2 weeks for a travel duffle, a small envelope arrived with a chintzy little nylon duffle arrived. It could have been purchased at the dollar store. I knew when the label was from China that I was in trouble. I feel foolish for falling for this company and their crap. Plus now they have my credit card number so I must change that too. Don't buy anything!!

This was the worst online experience I have ever had. The products takes forever to get here and are dollar store quality. Save yourself time and effort shop at your local dollar store at least you know what you are paying for.

I have extremely bad experience and seems they do scam!!!! I order 2 travel map last year November to Norway and now is over 5 month and i have not recive product. I sent them e-mails and they even not borher unswer.

Zero stars. Product is crap! I ordered the travel bags! Cheap cheap cheap!

I am so disappointed. I made three orders and was relatively pleased with the product itself (I had ordered the packable totes and an undergarment bag, which was much smaller than expected). I only received 3 of the 4 totes ordered. I received responses to my emails, but no refund or product replacement then they just ignored my emails. Order at your own risk!

This company is in China.
Enough said. Poor quality, BS company. I also noticed that the exact same bags are being sold under different company names.
I bought the black one. It has Orange zippers etc on it. Its not shown in pics. Crappy crappy all the way around.

They got their money through the credit cards information six weeks ago, but I’ve never received an order confirmation or notice of shipment.
UPDATE: I received a notice of shipment two weeks ago. Still no product or additional information.

I wish I checked trustpilot before ordening at Wanderland Design. Don’t buy here!! Only after a refund-request at my creditcardcompany, they suddenly delivered after 4 months! Communication and service are far below the level it should be!

Over 10 days and no shipment or reply from customer support. This is at best a semi-illegal dropshipping company and at worse a complete fraud. Already reported their ads to the social media platforms and filed credit card claim.

Scammers. I have ordered and paid for a bag. I have never seen the bag nor money. I have even communicated with their support. They lied about sending money. I would be really grateful for any information about the prosecution possibilities. I hate when people think they can easily stole my money.

I ordered a scrap map in august 2018. I have emailed but each time get a standard response: if not there in 1 week let us know . Follow up with post office . Thats it . No effort frm there side . No tracking . And they just ignore the fact that i am now asking for a refund . Its been 6 months ... its not coming . I can guarantee u.

I hope there is a zero star cuz this company deserves a zero!!!!! I ordered items from them since november last year and until now i haven't received it yet. I emailed them and said try to wait for another 2 weeks. I waited and there is nothing, until it's already 2019. I emailed them again and said have to wait for another week cuz they're trying to locate my parcel and will keep me updated. Some more they say "they stand behind their products". But until now they never email me for any updates and they won't do any refund. What a bunch of scammers!!!! Thick face and no conscience type of people.
I wish I had read some reviews first before I ordered. Lesson learned.
I hope the owner of this company will read this and have a little bit of guilt. If what you really want is to run a business, don't do this to your consumers. If you are really sorry then take responsibility to your delays and faults. But if what you really want to do is scam people, then I leave it up to karma. It's just around the corner, be scared and be prepared.
