Just another customer who never received merchandise that was ordered and paid for in good faith. Please DO NOT order from this company.

Ordered a product of inferior quality. Requested for refund and sent back the item but still have not received the refund. Sent chaser email but no reply. Please do not buy from this website. It's terrible service and borderline scam!!!!

Excelent! Im from Argentina. The product (backpacket) arrived in perfect time, during the stimated time!

Ordered a product I never received. They never sent a tracking number.
But claimed they did.
I asked for a refund and they have refused.

Terrible company.

Dopo aver ricevuto solo 1 articolo di quelli ordinati (perché non li hanno spediti insieme...l'ho capito mesi dopo) e chiedevano pazienza io nel frattempo l'ho finita!!!
L'articolo ricevuto (collana con aereo gold) si è subito annerita al solo contatto della pelle...quella argento la sto ancora attendendo da novembre!!!!
Per ora niente rimborso e niente risposte dopo il reclamo dell'articolo!!

OMG! Based on the replies on here I'm scammed too. Ordered in Feb 2018 and still did not receive my map and it's already May! I've read past reviews that they changed the name from Lady lux or something like that and emerged as something new now? I see that they have a new site going on again! Is there any way to complain and sue these people? I mean what can we do? They've already charged my credit card! Surely there should be protection for buyers from scammers like this!

I seriously dont understand why everyone is so negative ?
I ordered 5 items , included the globetrotter map and got everything after a few weeks in perfect condition...
Only one item was not the right one but i dont care because i can use this one better then the one i ordered haha.

FAKE WEBSITE!
MORE THAN 6 6 MONTHS AND NO MAPS! BOTH 2 AND NOTHING RECEIVED AND THEY KEPT SENDING MESSAGES IT WILL SHORTLY ARRIVE BUT NOTHING! COMPLETELY UNNACEPTABLE!!!! FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS KIND OF FRAUDS IN THEIR WEBSITES!!!!

Same thing here. Ordered a scratchable map. Tracked it on China Post. Seemigly dismantled and sent back to the company. Now they want me to pay 10 bucks for the reshipment as they claim the address was either not correct or it could not be delivered at my address (in Slovenia). BS! Probably it would be 10 more bucks down the drain. Nothing like that has ever happened to me although I do shop on line (even from "Sunny California" where they claim they are).

It's been 4 months since I purchased 4 itens and I still haven't received them and I asked for a refund that I also haven't received. The communication with Costumer Service is pretty much non-existent. When I do get a response, it's to wait a little bit more. Stay clear from this company.

I ordered the scratchable map online in January 2018 and have not received anything yet (order number:WD83951)
The support@wanderland email keeps telling me the product will arrive the following week, and when it doesn't, I query where the product is and I get the same excuse that the product is on the way.

I then requested a refund, but keep receiving an email that apologizes and promises the product will arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. I would recommend this company to no-one as the service is terrible to say the least!!

My husbans ordered a map for me for christmas 17. 4,5 months later no map and no money refund. Customer service always answer very politely but no solution. Deeply disapointed.

Yup, just like others - haven't received my order (made 5 months ago) and the support's answer is the same "thank you for your patience.. wait for 2 more weeks". So glad I didn't spend a lot of money on their website because I'm sure I won't get a refund.

Ridiculous how such website advertise on Instagram (nobody checks weather it's a legit business?) and attracts people into a fraud / scam. Although everything seems fine first, it turns out that you will definitely end-up robbed by this "smart" guys.

3 weeks ago I've approached my bank to stop the transaction and recover the money from them as they have exceeded the delivery term long-time. Right afterwards they contacted me both on e-mail and sms to communicate that the product will be shortly shipped. (this was already 8-9 weeks after ordering the product
Still, today I received at the Post Office a package with my ordered products sent from China. I went to pick-up my order and the products were there. The print is quite qualitative, the box was a little scratched due to wrong packaging and handling in delivery.
I would still not buy anymore from this website, and not recommend anybody else to. Probably if I wouldn't have approached my bank, I would still have my messages unanswered by "client service".

Terrible. I had checked their website first and added things to the cart. But then seeing the worldwide shipping rate, i closed the page.
Their customer service then emailed me saying that they noticed i kept things in cart and didn't make purchas and thus they are going to give me some further discount. I was happy seeing their immediate correspondence and attention to customer purchases.
I purchased many items from them in July 2017 and they promised me worldwide delivery to uae. N since then haven't received the items. Its being 8 months now (its March 2018) and still they reply saying items are probably delayed due to bad weather conditions and such lamest excuses. Even after telling the dem many times i want my refund, they keep replying asking to wait. I wish i had seen this page before making the purchase.

10 weeks to deliver the World Map, damaged on delivery from China. No response from “customer service” !

Fraudsters!!! It's been more than two months - still haven't received my map. Messaged them after 5 weeks and they were like oh we will get back to you. Then no replies to any messages. Just stole my money! Never buy from these people! Even on their website they kept the good reviews. No space for the bad reviews apparently! THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND ANYTHING. They will only learn if they close down for good!

Terrible product. Necklace arrived gold color. 1 week later gold color gone and it's now copper. 1 week!! Also ordered 2 maps. 1 badly wrinkled. Waste of money. Stay clear!!!!!
