My daughter ordered a map on 15 July 2018. We are still waiting for delivery in January 2019!
Having spoken to friends in online business, we were told that this is absolutely unacceptable and that there are international laws governing this behaviour. We shall be taking action.

I my two time an order on the Website. First time it went all good, product ist good and time delivery was 3 weeks. But the seconde time it take more then 2 Month!! And at the time i write this message i still didn't get my order !
The customer Service is not existing at all. They only answer afther 3 email and afther 2 weeks you write it. So 1 month to get a message that the order take time and stil don't know wenn it arrived.
China post an the other Hand it is also a complet disaster. my order is Held my customs for more then 3 weeks for no reasons and not even notifing me.

Pésimo, es una estafa total. Jamás enviaron el producto por el que pague, se robaron mi dinero. NO COMPREN NADA A ESTA COMPAÑIA O ESTÁ PÁGINA. ES UN FRAUDE!!!

Most irresponsible people.No updates on order at all.not delivered the product.fraud company.made a mistake without reading the comments before booking the order.

No address only computer generated email will reply and the response has nothing to do with your question. SCAMMERS!!! LIARS!!!! CRIMINALS!!!! THIEVES!!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I received my order after 12 weeks of waiting and emails. Products are good and packing was efficient. Customer service was quite responsive. But it didnt go as smoothly as it should be. Shipping too long and not transparent enough (no access to tracking number to keep track of your product, no update, standardized answers, not knowing where is your package or when you will receive it...). If you want a stress free order or if you want your gift on time for a special occasion, I wouldn t recommend ordering here. If you can wait a very very long time and dont mind asking every week where is your order then why not

I wish I could give zero stars! 9 months since I paid for an order and never received the goods. They claim multiple attempts were made to deliver and it’s all lies. They have zero proof of this and want me to pay a redelivery charge. I want my money back. What a mistake it was to trust this site. STAY AWAY- ABSOLUTE FRAUD. Looking for a way to report to the Chinese authorities and take legal action.

I wish I had read all these negative reviews before I made my purchase. Item arrived terribly packaged (a poster in a tube - the lid was not taped on and had fallen off, and the tube/poster were crushed and destroyed). I asked for and was promised a replacement, but never received it. FIVE more attempts to contact the company, and NO RESPONSE. Any company that does not respond to inquiries should not be trusted and is likely a scam. Buyer beware!

Comprei um mapa mundi. Os 2 primeiros chegaram deteriorados . O terceiro exemplar chegou intacto. Durante todo o processo fui prontamente atendido pelo Laércio ( representante da Wanderland no Brasil ) dando todo o suporte necessário para que eu ficasse extremamente satisfeito.

Im the same with most of the complaints here. Ive ordered and purchased a travel bag in May 2018 and till date did not recieved my package. Ive made inquiries and the reply they replied back and forth. Ive asked for a proof of package sent and cant even give me a package tracking number till today. What a fraud and scammers

No one should trust this company.
I ordered a travel bag in April 2018 and have never received it (Now September 2018. I wrote many times via the "contact us" and got reply at the beginning that they would checked the status of the delivery. The same kind of reply came back several times but never said when I would get my order.

I have found the product, a backpack, advertised on instagram. It looked awesome with many features and so on. I ordered it, it took 1.5-2 months to arrive and it was absolutely horrible. I did not know that such low quality existed until then. DO NOT BUY!!!

Nunca llegó lo comprado y dejaron de responder correos. Ellos robaron mi dinero.

Ordered a necklace in December 2017, in August 2018 I still haven't got it. Scammers!

Package arrived damaged - already scratched countries - asked for a refund but no answer - pure scam don't order things here !

Don't trust them. Completely unreliable.

Waited for the delivery which never came. Asked for a refund and kept getting the worst and most stupid responses ever. I realise it's a scam, but there should be something that can be done to shut this company down so at least others don't get scammed. I think there are enough people who got scammed now.
