the 2 maps we received are all wrinkled and twisted. the package in which we received each of them was dented everywhere. after several hours under big books the maps are always the same, so directly to the trash. I totally discourage ordering wanderland designs.

Fake website. They will never deliver your order. They are heavily advertising on Instagram. I ordered a watch and have been coordinating with them for more than 2 months now. When I asked for a refund, they asked me to wait for another week.
Someone should take a strict action over this scam.

Don't waste your time and money. They are a scam.

no poster no nothing. not even answering e-mails after sending three to cancel the order. Only after contacting the credit card company I was able to get my money back

Take care everybody's because they are thieves.

Similar experience to other reviewers. I placed an order and only after was told the product was out of stock and would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I immediately canceled the order but the company did not respond for three days...then told me I could not cancel. At this point, they said I would receive it in 3 weeks. I demanded a refund and when I did, they suddenly claimed the product had already shipped. They could not give any tracking information however.

Nothing has arrived, I have opened a dispute with my credit card.

Avoid this merchant!

Total scam, they charge you but you will never receive your goods, they claim they ship them but they are unable to provide a tracking number, really!!!

Of course they dont answer email ..... dont waste your money!!

I bought 2 scratch maps from these guys and some other gifts that came for free with it (after paying shipping). The free gifts arrived but I never got the scratch maps. I argued witj the company back and forth for 2 months where the company promised to send new maps to me. Ultimately after 3 months I requested a refund as the tracking number indicated the maps had been delivered to some address in Mexico (I live in Switzerland). Once I demanded a refund, I stopped getting replies to my emails. I never got the scratch maps so that was money scammed from me with no possibility of getting it back.

Do not buy from this website! I ordered a necklace over 5 months ago and I still haven't received it. I've emailed asking for a refund numerous times and they won't return my money. Illegal scam company.

4 months ago I ordered a ring and a tapestry. I get the ring 2 months after (from Aliexpress!!!) but I never get the tapestry.
After Mickey's (their customer support service) advice to check my order in the nearest post office I didn't get any other answer for my claims.
There are no words to describe my dissatisfaction!!!!

Never got the map I paid for, the give you no tracking number and never answer mails. A total scam! How can we sue the page?

Really bad company. I ordered a map on the 9/9 2017 and still struggle to get an honest answer why I never recieved my package. No money back, no pakage. All they say is "call your local post office" according to them they never delivered any pakage to me. Do not order anything from this company, you will pay and dont get anything from them!! /Madelene, Stockholm

BAD! Ordered and paid for goods over 3 months ago. No goods received, tracking system useless, no communication! Don't believe we will ever get goods or a refund! DO NOT USE WANDERLAND DESIGN!

I ordered a Globetrotter map 7 month ago and have still not got it!

Totally fake company. Taken money and no product and the same automated response to each of my 5 emails

It's a freaking scam!!! I ordered months ago and I havent received anything! they even dared to ask me to pay more to receive my stuff for a "mistake" they made. I told them no! that I wanted my money back and they said that they have policies. So do not shop there you will not receive anything!

SCAM! I'm waiting for 2,5 months now for them to fix something that went wrong with an order. They keep promising to fix it but after 2,5 months of waiting there's still no solution.

I give you 1 big advise: NEVER ORDER SOMETHING HERE.

I ordered two maps that were delivered crushed. I wrote to them to request new maps to be sent and have not heard back. I wrote a message to them on their Facebook page and told them if I did not hear back ASAP I would contact the BBB.

This website is a SCAM!

I ordered scratch map but unfortunately put the wrong address. It was written in their website that I can make changes within 24 hours of purchase which I did. But I didnt get any reply. I sent multiple follow-ups but no response. This website will just get you frustrated so save your money and buy somewhere else. There are also other websites associated with them, so be very careful!!!!

I hope someone does something with this scam business!
