I'd give zero stars if I could. Total scam. They made me wait for my order for over 3 month telling me to be patient until I found out that the product was allegedly sent back to them because I was not at home. Never received a notification though. They refused to refund me due to their terms and conditions. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

I ordered a product worth USD52.00 since April 14th. I have no received my order as yet (August 20th 2017). Multiple emails have been sent enquiring the status of shipment. Only the same automated emails were sent back asking me to check my post office and stating a delay was possible. After replying back, another automated email asked to confirm my mailing address. I have emailed them over 5 times with the same automated reply. After such replies, I never received any more emails. I suggest anyone who wishes to order online, please check the source before as a lot of Scams are going on in todays world. Such as WANDERLAND DESIGNS, a SCAM.

This is the exact same website as another company that went by the name of lady lux designs.
And also had a thousand bad reviews of no delivery. I ordered 2 watches that never arrived and now the website has been taken down. But I see it has re appeared under a different name.
Dont order from here its a complete scam.

IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 11 WEEKS NOW, I NEVER RECEIVED MY PARCEL. THERE'S NO REPLY FROM THEM WHEN I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT / REFUND!!!

I never received the item. It´s a scam, Don´t buy from them

Paid for my item, never received it. They are refusing to refund my money, so they are basically a thieves.
DO NOT buy from them.

Item never arrived, customer service replies every few weeks. Don't buy from them.

New Definition of Customer Service FAILURE.

Order a product from them. Every time I contacted them they pushed me away and told me to wait another week it will arrive.

It has been 10 weeks, going on 11 and I have yet to receive my order. I have made repeated attempts to get a refund and they just make one excuse after another. Here is my last email to them, they pretty much sums it all up:

Let me see if I have an full understanding.
I ordered the item, and was told it would be 6 weeks for delivery. I waited 8 for an update. Then I was asked to wait 2 more weeks. One week into the extra 2 weeks you asked me to wait two more weeks. Essentially wait 9 weeks, which I did. I did because my wife asked me to be patient and try to understand that other side of the story. You are shipping to Europe. You send it via post to keep cost down, so things can take time.
You have no idea where the item is I ordered.
You have ignored multiple requests for a refund, and utilized stall tactics in the process to not only further infuriate me, but at the same time make you and your organization look inadequate.
You shipped the item via the Chinese Post office, which if I am reading correctly, has to go all the way to China to be processed before going to Europe. Basically, you shipped it all the way around the world without a tracking number and expected it to arrive.
You do not have a contact number listed so I cannot call and discuss this matter with your team. Any reason why you do not have a number?
You are now asking me to spend the better part of my day contacting the the Post here in Zurich and tracking down my own package. Then take time out of my work day to go and get it. Think that one through and put the proverbial shoe on the other foot. Would you waste your day doing the same?
The short answer to the last one is No. No I am not going to waste anymore time and energy on this, your company and you.

I gave it one more week, I leave Switzerland on Friday. I do not have the item I purchased I it appears that I am most certainly am not getting my money back from you. Now I really to have to contact my bank and waste my time and energy on that.

Thanks to you, thanks to Wanderland Designs, you have shown me the true meaning of epic failure. You failed to deliver the package. You failed to refund my money. You failed to deliver quality customer service.

I ordered a scratch map and it took 7 weeks to be delivered! The map arrived damaged so I requested a refund over a month ago, and I still haven't received it.

Company notified that I would get a refund and after 1 month I still have no received it. I requested an updated and opened a resolution through paypal. Now they want me to return the item yet I have thrown away the item due to the product being damaged in transit as they stated they would give me a refund,

Very terrible customer service that lies.

Purchased a scratchable map on where I traveled.

Still waiting my order after 6 weeks. No answer. No tracking number. No way to claim money back.
Read first conditions and terms, no refund for damage, not refund if the item does not arrive, they will send a new one for free, and wait again.
So don't expect nothing. A lot of people complain that never receive the product.

I didn't get my map I purchased for 9 weeks. I understand delays happen but I didn't get any response from customer service when I asked for an update. When I did finally receive it the map was completely damaged. I wrote to customer service to let them know and o have not heard back one week later.

I ordered the scratch map on April 10, it arrived June 12. Thankfully it was the actual product I had hoped for and not something lesser. If you don't mind waiting forever, it's actually a good deal.

Horrible Customer Service. Takes way too long to respond and refund of damaged goods took way too long.

I purchased two world maps March 27, 2017 and as of today June 9,2017 I have not received the items I ordered. I have sent five email request and no response. Wanderland is a scam to steal your money.

Beware....items are coming from China and they don't disclose until you complain that the expected delivery time is 8 weeks to deliver...not including the time it takes to get the order "ready"... Which in my case took 1 month! Ordered the map on April 14 and emailed to request refund bc hadn't received after a month of waiting. They told me to wait 6 more weeks bc they cannot control customs. What?

I bought a map. Delivery was delayed but eventually I received the item. Unfortunately, it did not at all live up to my expectations. The quality is poor and does not at all compare to the picture in the add that made me buy it in the first place.

WANDERLAND DESIGNS WARNING: Never received my order and they never respond!!! I made an order on 10 April and sent them several emails with no response!! They don't provide a telephone number for good reason, they don't want anyone contacting them. Wanderland Designs company is a joke!!!!

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM..

I made an order for a map over a month ago, and it has been delayed twice. When I tried to cancel the order for a refund, I found out that the website's refund/cancellation policy is ridiculous. Unless you cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed it, you can't. It's like an airline ticket. My tracking number provided on my order confirm page is also listed as not existing on the provided tracking site. I'm starting to think this company may be fraudulent.
