I was a bit apprehensive about having to claim via a warranty but WAS made everything so simple. They dealt with the garage where the work was being done, they liaised with the dealer that I bought the car from. Everything was done and paid for with very little having to be done by me. Excellent service all round. I dealt with Tara and she was great.

I raised a claim for vehicle repairs under the Warranty I purchased when I bought my car. Initially the claim was rejected because it seemed that I had not sought authorisation for the claim prior to proceeding with the repair ( which I believe I had done ). Fortunately my issue was passed to the claims supervisor ( Tara Paulson ). She investigated what had happened and quickly got to the root of the problem, which as it turned out I was not at fault. Tara's intervention resulted in my claim being accepted and I received payment in full. She also gave me detailed guidance on how to raise a claim such as this one in the future to avoid similar issues. She was brilliant, very professional yet courteous and friendly at the same time. It was customer service at it's very best.

100% positive experience, a vehicle warranty that is worth something, how refreshing! The staff are personable, helpful & efficient in providing guidance to progress the claim, approve the claim and make payment.

This is the second time I’ve had to make a claim, but both have been dealt with speedily and professionally. It took the garage a bit of effort to get through to the right person for approval but once approved it was dealt with speedily.

Had car for 2 weeks and battery failed, this is not covered by warranty, however, the folk at WAS were very helpful and got my battery replaced by dealer, really quick as well. Top notch service from very friendly people.

Tara was friendly, professional and extremely prompt in her response to my claim, amongst a small misunderstanding she went above and beyond to ensure I was covered.
Nobody wants issues with their vehicle but it's safe to say that if you do have any problems, you are in good hands with this company.

This is my first claim with the warranty and I’ve had such a positive experience, they’ve been so helpful and informative. Always prompt and quick at replying which made the process so much easier and quicker! Currently waiting for reimbursement but it hasn’t been long and any questions I’ve had have been answered so quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

My experience with this warranty service has been completely painless from start to finish. The person I was put in touch with, Tara, was so friendly and answered all of my questions quickly and simply. Thank you Tara for all your help!

This is the third claim with Warranty Admin - all of them were dealt professionally, prompt and with proper and due process. While I hear some bad stories from garages and other warranties, I would only take Warranty Admin as my next car warranty, and I would highly recommend. Particularly Tara and Robert are very pleasant, professional and understanding.

Great company to deal with. Responce to emails is almost instant. Robert was very helpful sorting a claim we made.

Mr Andrews was most efficient and helpful but Ford's in Basingstoke issued me an incorrect invoice and it took 2 weeks to sort it out!
