Bazoo Reviews

A good product and good value, staff always responsive If you need to vary the delivery dates. I recommend buying toilet rolls in this way.

I inadvertently set up a subscription for washing detergent and am unable to cancel it. I was unable to do this by following the link so contacted them directly. This has happened three times now! Each time they assure me it is cancelled and then I receive an email telling me my subscription will follow. It is a shame that their customer service is so lacking as I like their products, especially the toilet rolls. This has totally put me off using or recommending the company.

We have been using Bazoo for a while now, and can thoroughly recommend the loo paper. It does what it needs to with comfort and the rolls last a good time.

The ordering and delivery works very well in the main, we only had one delivery hiccup a few months ago, which was quickly sorted out. This is a small company but they are very invested and have a great passion to reduce the use of paper from trees. Well done! 😊

Quick response to my query about a missing delivery.
Bazoo sent a replacement order with a different carrier.

Great toilet paper, easy to order, easy to change your order your date, better for the environment

High quality products, ethically produced. Love the colourful, recyclable packaging.
Easy to manage delivery days according to which products I need and to choose a delivery day that suits me. Would highly recommend this company.

Great product
Good for the environment
Happy with my purchase
Would certainly purchase in the future.
What is there not to like.
Also it makes me feel I am making a difference

Great company, great ethos, really good products.
Any issues are dealt with fast, with excellent communication and speedy resolutions. Will continue to buy products and recommend.

Brilliant toilet roll. Sustainable and supports a cause I feel strongly about. It’s brilliant quality too. I do also get the kitchen roll which seems to have changed a bit and isn’t as absorbent as it was before but still very good. I am a happy customer and happy to recommend these products.

First, the toilet paper is strong and doesn't dissolve in your hands! It's also soft and doesn't cause any allergic reaction. Each roll lasts for ages, so long in fact, that we have asked to skip a delivery more than once, and there have been no grumbles from the company. Highly recommended. And it's good for the environment. What's not to like?

Good, strong, stuff that lasts well, free delivery, vfm; worth the subscription.

A great company, quality products at very competitive prices. The variety of wrapping styles and colours is really good either way more designs that competitor brands.

There wasn't enough time to edit my order and before I was ready it was out for delivery. I really didn't need it so soon and would have added face tissue and kitchen roll if I had got to it in time. There needs to be more options for delivery gaps and more time to edit order.

Good product, prompt delivery, good communications, easy to adjust orders.

I’ve been using Bazoo for a while now, I love the fact that they are made from bamboo and are not bleached. They are super long. I have to edit my delivery as they last for ages and 1 box last about 3 months (2 people) also, the convenience of them being delivered to your door. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great product! The only downside (for them) is that the loo rolls last forever compared to store bought ones 😅

I’ve also found their detergent sheets are really good for washing towels. No residue and keeps the fabric soft.

Love the toilet rolls and kitchen rolls. Surprisingly soft.

Had an issue and the responses to my emails were very prompt . I'm more than happy with the products and the customer service was exemplary

I first heard of Bazoo when my colleague excitedly left the team call to get her parcel! Decided to give it a go as I was fed up of constantly buying loo roll (we’re a family
of 5) and the rolls getting smaller and smaller. So glad I did because I’ve been blown away by how long the rolls last, the quality, the price and all whilst doing my bit for the environment. Usually something is sacrificed, but not with Bazoo! I also love the colourful wrappers that they come in and the facts are a hit with the family. Instead of being shoved in a cupboard, I now actually display them.

I’ve been using Bazoo for a little while, and I think they’re fantastic.
Their products are great and go way further than the equivalents that I used to buy from supermarkets. Not only that, but it is always delivered within a day or two. Really great service, as far as I’m concerned.
