It was easy to do and they help all way to end would recommend 100%

Your staff, one person made the very small mistake of not putting pre addressed envelope in with my original paperwork, this set off a series of irritating problems, however having spoken to 5 members of staff the problem was resolved. All the staff I came into contact with were pleasant and professional. Your call back system is also very good saves all the hanging on wasting time

A short delay initially in processing my request due level of requests received (probably Christmas related !) but after a call asking what the current status was was very quickly processed,so very happy with the service.

In the past I couldn’t have said anything bad about my Experience. This time I am afraid, I have had great difficulty in trying to withdraw money. On Monday 25th November I posted back to you my bank details and signed forms.
Nothing happened, by Friday I phoned and was told it hadn’t arrived. So I tried to do it on line, obviously it didn’t work for me. Monday I sent yet another form sent by special delivery only to find royalty mail informed me that Just had declined post and will try to deliver the next day! So again I phoned. I than sent another special delivery and I was able to see it was signed for.
I was promised the money would be in my bank Thursday. That didn’t happen . So again I phoned today Friday the 6th, and it arrived in my bank this afternoon.
What happens in the future? I make this 11days , spending on special delivery twice! I have to say you have very kind patient people on the phone. They couldn’t have been more helpful to me.

The additional advance was in my bank account within 2 days of returning acceptance form by email- amazing!

The ease in which completing the transaction was simple without complications the only drawback was no return envelope had to ask for return address. The receptionist was first class very efficient and polite throughout, plus the e-mail requested on completion was sent, overall first class.

The whole thing was quick and efficient! From request to receipt, it was only a week. The one thing I found a bit tricky was finding a return address! A return envelope would help.
Otherwise, everything was great!

Simple and fast. 5 days from requesting an advance from my drawdown to the money in the bank. The forms are clear and the ability to e-mail them to Just makes it much quicker than having to wait for Royal Mail. Phone contacts can take a while to get through but my experiance once talking to an advisor is that they are polite, helpful and knowlageable.
As well as a Lifetime Mortgage I have an Annuity with Just. Until this was offered as the best at the time I had not heard of Just but now I would definately recommend them.

I decided to use some of my equity release funds so contacted Just by phone. The person I spoke with was very polite and professional.
I completed and signed the email documents and the funds were in my bank account within 4 working days.
The whole procedure was completed without issue.

Decided to take partial drawdown. Application was easy to do and funds received within a couple of days from submission of forms. Excellent service.

The processing of our application for a further advance took a little longer than expected but otherwise it was a trouble free experience.

Very helpful and efficient company, everything was sorted promptly despite a minor tech issue. My only negative thought was that it was very difficult to get through by phone, otherwise fine!
