Great service, very prompt service, any issues are dealt with quickly, very good customer service, would definitely recommend.

There has been no negative issues to date since we decided to deal with JUST for equity release. If any issues exist it would probably be the involvement with other company persons, messages and the odd unknown phone call which come across as scam related calls. Where our personal details are known.

Mother took out lifetime mortgage,now deceased trying to get in contact re repayment. Initial response ok but now know further reply or even acknowledgement to emails.Everyday interest increasing so want settlement figure.How hard is it to at least acknowledgement email!!!

Initial phone call was followed up quite quickly but no indication of how long it would be before emailed paperwork would arrive. Why when you have a cash facility must you be dragged through all the offer letter and sundry paperwork procedures again? A cash facility should be what it says….it can be withdrawn on demand. This should be made clear when leaving some of agreed advance undrawn at the first interviews.

I can only say that JUST is a marvellous organisation to deal with. The staff and friendly but professional, and have endless patience, which is not often found these days!! All was sorted very quickly.

Absolutely professional and helpful

This has been quite a difficult, slow process. I think largely due to the volume of business and delays in the postal service because of the run up to Christmas.Also, because I used a broker, it was sometimes
difficult to determine where the delay in communication lay. I was never given the opportunity to return the signed forms on line and it took a long time for Just to communicate that they had received them.
Also a very small difference in the valuation of my property from a previous one, resulted in a much reduced offer.
I had, many years ago, had equity release from this company and found it a much simpler experience then. I guess that most things in life have got more complex and bureaucratic!

Hi The service was excellent! and straight forward,my only possible negative is that while the repayment interest may be affordable, if rates where to rise substantially, through market forces! then costs to the borrower maybe deemed prohibitive and access to any capital prevented and the borrower in no mans land yours faithfully Mr David Roberts.

The service I have received from JUST, from the first telephone call until to date, has been excellent. The advice and guidance given to me at the outset was sensible and appropriate to my circumstances. My most recent contact was as professional and courteous as usual and the money I requested reached my bank account in very good time. I cannot recommend JUST enough as the ideal guide to equity release.
