Customer service is truly abysmal. Now waiting over 2 months for a simple request for a transfer valuation. Their own service level is to provide this within working 30 days. And now I can’t get through on the phone. Waiting on line for over 30 minutes, twice over, then choose the option for a call back. Surprise, surprise, they never called back. Genuinely concerned that they have my pension and I may never get my money out. Really worried. Not sure how to progress, and now having sleepless nights with worry .

Delivery was late by nearly an hour and I wasn't even able to cancel it. I rang the restaurant and they said they were waiting on the driver. I will not be using this app or ordering from this KFC again.

We have always had a good experience with Just they are very helpful and when we have asked for an advance on our money it has been done quickly very satisfied with this company.

Process, straight forward and communication very good. A wrinkle when "surveyor/valuation" got stuck but got on track very well afterwards.

I have had a JUST Lifetime Mortgage for many years. There was attached to the original mortgage a named additional sum which was available on demand. When I applied recently for part of this sum the documentation and payment was very simply and rapidly completed.

I found the change of application very difficult to come to terms with also at my age so much on line gives one a headache . This is the third drawdown, and it took much longer than the first two. On the upside everyone I spoke to was helpful kind and courteous

We had a bad start applying for further equity release phoned on the 17/04/2025 looking into it not heard anything phoned again on the 27/04/2025 still looking into it so never heard anything again so phoned on the 23/09/2925 spoke to a lady called Imogen and she sorted it out for us straight away and as run smoothly ever since happy with the out come thank you

The whole process from beginning to end was easily managed. Shereen was kind, courteous and understanding. She explained things clearly and was very helpful. My dealings with Just have been great. All their documentation has been thorough and as far as I can see covered all I need to know. So thank you.

First of all you can get through on the phone, the procedure for top-ups (downs?) appears to be abolutely simple and straightforward and can be processed by the person who answers the phone. If only all financial bodies were so simple.

Made a call to Just today regarding my pension, very quick to answer the phone and Karen and Fiona were very good at explaining the answers to my particular pensions query. Very happy with this excellent customer service team. Thank you
