All my dealings with Just have been friendly and professional. Having recently been bereaved I was surprised while dealing with my request they took time out to phone and chat to see how I was coping. This was unexpected but very welcome and I would like to thank the lady for the very friendly chat she brightened my day. JUST, just keep on doing what your doing

Very prompt service and excellent customer friendly

Simple easy to follow guides to completing my requirements. Professional and warm interactions with everyone I have dealt with. Paperwork was sent to me quickly and the whole process was completed in a short period of time.

I found the change of application very difficult to come to terms with also at my age so much on line gives one a headache .On the upside everyone I spoke to was helpful kind and courteous

An easy experience to withdraw a further advance from the sum we originally agreed.
I phoned up and spoke to an advisor who arranged for the forms to be emailed to me. Within two hours I had signed them and sent them back then I received confirmation within two working days.

I have dealt with Just over many years. The company is always professional, reliable and trustworthy. On this occasion the person I spoke to over the phone was courteous understanding of what I required and dealt with everything in a professional manner. I could not speak more highly of this company.

Phoned to request a further drawdown on 13-10-25 and it was in my bank on 16-10-25. That's what I call good service. Staff I spoke to or contacted via email were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I'm very impressed.

Just is the perfect solution for my situation - and has allowed me to remain in my home rather than have to move out. Today they paid the extra advance that I had requested, which has followed shortly after the initial completion, on time and as they had originally promised.

Requested additional draw down and it was done very simply and quickly.

We made a mistake in our application and Shereen was very quick to point it out and send duplicate papers for us to complete. Once completed it too about 18 hours for our application to have been completed and actioned. Thoughtful, kind and efficient. Many thanks - our dream kitchen is now going to be a reality.

Once again one person says one thing and the next person says another. Im sick of being asked what I need the money for I have worked since I was sixteen and worked everywhere including the oil and gas rigs where I earned many thousands per week in all this time and going around the world I have never once been asked what do I need the money for. I have recently been diagnosed with heart failure so I rely on taxis and in an effort to enjoy life more to the full I go out alot more so my spending has increased and im making sure I spend my money before my days are over. I was also told that the money i thought was given to me is not actually mine. So here we have it my house wqas valued at 166k£ and that I was to get 60k£ so anyone can see that this shower of evil stand to be 100k£ up and I still get hassle every time I deal with them. I find them liars and very tricky to deal with . I have great friends and a caring brilliant family I have worked well with people and met people from all cultures and walks of life because I like people what upsets me most in dealing with just is I have come to realise that every time they trigger something I dont like and that is mistrust and hatred. To conclude they are everything I dislike in people .

I have found Just to be a professional and a considerate company to deal with. If they say they will call you back they do, if they feel there has been a fault on their behalf in any way they are quick to see this and put it right. As a 76 year old man it is gratifying to know that consideration when dealing with elderly clients is a major plus. Well done.

We needed an additional amount due to unexpected family issues. I filled in an application form which had been sent with our annual review, but stupidly mislaid the acceptance from. Doh! However it was not a problem as Just sent another by Special Delivery. Thank you Just, you have helped us greatly.

Everything is straightforward. The staff are helpful and everything is dealt with efficiently.

Just received approval for an additional lump sum on top of my old drawdown facility. It took a time to organise with three phone calls with the HUB IFA to ensure I and they as advisors were completely satisfied with the suitability of the additional sum. So the process was very smooth but lengthy. Dealing with Just has always been easy and thorough with payments always very prompt once the paperwork or questions were answered. Highly recommend them but be patient.

Understanding, quick response information given.

The initial meeting with representative with hub went well. From that point things did not go so well.Took a long time to get the paperwork off Just to release the funds. Had to do a lot of chasing and some people on the phone were not quite sure what was happening. A little bit dissapointed with the service this time around as they were good before.

Cannot complain with the customer services. My third application for a drawdown with no problem apart from one question I found very hard to answer.
I was asked what the money was earmarked for, which is understandable, but the next question seemed irrelevant and unanswerable with any degree of certainty.
When indicating what the money was being used for, I was asked for individual quotes, which was something I thought was a bit previous at the time and not really attainable.
