Efficient and extremely pleasant and made the whole process easy and to some degree enjoyable
Almost a 4 star. Having already used Just. Retirement to take out a lifetime mortgage on our home, we expected that increasing the mortgage would be relatively straightforward, but the process took as long, or longer, than arranging the original loan, with additional stipulations. We must now cite our Equity Release arrangement with Just. when arranging home insurance, and, because we own a second home, neither of us may be absent from our main home for more than three consecutive months, even though we are unlikely to leave it unoccupied by one or other of us for more than four consecutive weeks.

Very professional, everything was done speedily and smoothly. Very pleased.
I emailed the customer service department 3 weeks ago and as yet they have not answered!! But they deal with phone calls quicker! So my advice is do NOT bother with emails

This company are quick efficient and thorough. They dealt with my request in days. They are a joy to deal with. Highly recommended.
Just provided a great service from start to finish on my additional Advance with everyone being very helpful.
This is the worst company at procrastinating. Letter after letter, letters telling me they will be sending a letter. They are an environmental disaster, please go digital, buy computers! Stop destroying the environment all so you can hold on to money for a few more weeks.
I dealt with Aviva with a similar transaction the whole process took 3 days, Just is now in it's 5th week and I just received a letter saying we are working on it.
This company is using US health insurance tactics, delay, use mail, use more mail to slow everything down.

Simple and efficient draw down from initial phone call to funds in my account taking a week. Staff on phone helpful and friendly, just the right amount of checks to ensure my safety without intrusion. Would recommend.
Missed a call from Just and phoned back, the lady I spoke to was the nicest most helpful and patient person it has ever been my pleasure to deal with. She explained the reason for the call even listened to my story with patience and compassion. Thanks Just it’s all been an easy painless process.
This is not a company I would ever deal with myself but unfortunately I've had to deal with them because my late Uncle had funds with JUST. First line staff who are only a call centre are fine and very helpfull its when the enquiry goes to an higher level Claims Dept I presume as no one has ever contacted me with arranged phone calls?? Twice I have been sat by my phone for 6-8hrs waiting for their phone calls without receiving any?? I will not go into details regarding my enquiries because there isn't enough space but its basically Fraud by Abuse by an individual after all my late Uncles money JUST have been given evidence to support this but have so far not contacted me to come to some arrangement about my late Uncles funds they hold which is in the 1000s to stop this individual getting hold of them?? The main employee who seems to be handling my enquiry (sorry if its someone else?) Is Georgia Bradford who basically only acknowledges any emails sent? I can only imagine how both Mr Stansfield and Mr Cherry (Previous posts) have gone on dealing with this company having read their reviews because it seems like i am getting similar treatment which they have highlighted?? Thank goodness i have not employed these lot to act on my behalf!!

I contacted Just and within one week all the necessary work had been processed and payment on its way. Just staff are professional polite and listen. I really would not hesitate in recommending them as a company.

well they finally sent me a online activation link, all it tells me is the value of my defined pension back in 2005, nothing about the private pension i transferred over or AVC account, up & down the page i went, all ends with give us a call, that never works, tried the my enquiry@just & nothing gave me an option that i could see so i thought i'd let you know through this , i plan to retire soon, knowing what pension is worth now is the information i wanted, bet you want me to ring you & pay £150 again, stop polishing your new car & give a service thats required, JUST , well what can I add , still no solution to my pension problem, £30k has disappeared from under pinned part of pension & still can’t get access to AVC’s now & 1 year & 2 months away from starting to collect pension money but still waiting for option of 25% & yearly pension fund estimated amount, it’s now 16/02/2026 , been chasing this for over 2 years now & getting no response apart from we have sent or sending information but nothing ever coming, very poor customer service, very concerned as near my retirement, this should not be so difficult should it ??!!, please solve this problem asap, thanks Brian 22/4/26, we have finally got some numbers & pension fore cast thanks to Pauline who works for Just who has been in regular contact through emails letting me know things are still in progress, the numbers seem to add up to where thought they should be & now i can plan retirement which is great, definitely huge thanks again to Pauline (the senior pension coordinator) I've increased my rating as we have managed to get some figures sorted for me to go forward, stress levels now a lot lower, lol , kind regards brian
