Typically Efficient
As in all other dealings with Just it was seamless and efficient.
Good telephone support
Telephone support was very good. Clear and calm.
I had tried emailing 3 times before to the support desk and got no replies (and yes I checked my junk folder).
When I telephoned they found the problem straight away and set about rectifying it.
Urgent need of funds at a difficult time.
My Wife had passed away and I needed the draw down to help with Funeral expenses. The process and the Staff operating it were all incredibly understanding and helpful. From the original quote to the legal documentation and the transfer of funds. Thank you all.

The further drawdown was an efficient straight forward process. The adviser was helpful.
I required the funds to cover two hefty vets bills ( whilst awaiting confirmation of payout from Petplan) and an unexpectedly large garage bill for MOT, repairs and general service. I also needed funds to cover wind damage in my garden, plus for repairs and decoration inside the house.

This was a very easy process with no problems. However would be easier if signing forms etc were able to be done on line rather than to post them

An easy experience,but they do make absolutely sure that you know all of the pros and cons. Once you have decided on equity release,this is a good choice.

Have just received our additional draw down. The experience was excellent, easy and quick. We are very pleased with our choice of equity release.

We wanted a small additional advance and I have to say the whole experience has been quick and very efficient. There was one small query at the end of the process, an error on my part, but the staff were charming and dealt with the emails to resolve the issue very quickly. Excellent service.
"Just" wait and see - it may be a long, long wait....
After several consecutive years of reporting various administrative errors being made by the outsourcing company who undertake administration of some of Just's annuities, I was asked to by their complaints administrator to provide feedback once I received my end of year tax certificates for 2022-2023. I obliged by sending the email as requested 1/6/23, and pointed out that there were still some minor issues that needed sorting out. I then forgot I'd sent this email, until I received an email from Just on 17th March 2025, (yes, 21 months later!) advising me that the email had been deleted without being read. After trying but failing to contact Just using their "online "Contact us" facility due to problems with their website, I resorted to phoning them to advise them about the issues with their website, and to ask why my feedback sent in 2023 was deleted without being read. Their customer service agent asked me to send them details in an email 18/3/25 summarising what had happened, to which I also attached screen prints showing the website problems I had encountered. As I got no acknowledgement or reply by 26/3/25 I called them again, had a similar conversation with another agent and re-sent the details again to the email address I was asked to use.
Just to add insult to injury, during this last phone conversation with Just, I was asked and agreed to participate in a telephone satisfaction survey. As soon as I was transferred to the automated survey, I heard a recorded message saying “Sorry, something has gone wrong” and the call terminated.

I finally got a reply from the Complaints Manager (David Lee), which stated "I’ve brought together what you’ve sent through and have told us, and will look to have a response for you by 16 April 2025”. It is now the 11th June 2025 and I am still waiting.
Somewhat perversely, what I have experienced throughout my dealings with Just, is that the Just admin staff have been friendly, apologetic and helpful, but their complaints process consistently fails at the first hurdle, in that promises of a response by a specific date never materialise without further chasing. Excellent Customer Service
We have just had an Additional Advance go to completion. From the point of contacting Just the process has be very easy. Everyone involved has been helpful and the customer service has been excellent. We had a excellent FA in Steve Harris and Case Handler Matthew, from HUB FS. We were guided through the process, with every element explained so that we completely understood what was happening. I would certainly recommend Just.

Unending delays misinformation and…
Unending delays misinformation and three months later I'm still jumping through hoops trying to get my annuity sorted. They quote high then after sending lots of proof they keep back tracking and reducing the quote.
I'm very ill so stress is very bad for me please dont use this company I wish I'd have known how bad they are and saved myself a lot of misery.

Minor "glitch" full resolved with diligence!
I experienced a minor"glitch" as regards a new Annuity which was irritating at the time: however the internal investigator took full 100% ownership until resolution. Given that inevitably human errors creep in this is commendable!

It was Clair Parfit who was very thorough and helpful. The house survey was handled very well. The only small criticism it took a bit of time.
