Scam from start to finish

Scam from start to finish. Item is not safe to use in Australia nor does it work. The 30day warranty is only if you dont open the packaging?!?!? It takes weeks to arrive. The adapter plug provided is not safe nor usable for the specifications of the heater and to purchase a massive converter where and how would that fit or work for a wall heater, its totally unusable.Paypal not much help either all hiding behind 30days, buy the time you consult a professional, shop and work out what it would take to get it to work safely in Australia which is not possible for a plug and play heater. I will try the bank next. TOTAL SCAM. Company sends friendly response on trust pilot like they are willing to help however I emailed them prior to this review and they just stated you can only return it if its unopened and the 30 days should be irrelevent to selling it when it will not work in Australia in the first place. I requested and refund and they refused.

Im so very angry with this company

Im so very angry with this company. I have been trying to return my 3 heaters that are unused. I've tried emailing them numerous times but all I have been offered is 25 percent refund. I said no and now no reply. This company has ripped me off $180. One star is being nice. If I could give a minus I definitely would. Don't waste your money.

Evil company, certified scam

It's incredible what lengths this evil company will go, to unethically secure your money. Imagine if they dedicated that effort into a better product and actually helping people?

Prior to scamming people with Wellheater they did the same thing under the brand name of Lumi heater, which makes me wonder what alias they'll transform their sliminess into next, to scam their next batch of customers. It's clear they take as much cash as they can then once they're exposed by a mass of unsatisfied customers they up and disappear set up a different name.

They make the return process a labyrinth of cluttered emails and dodgy IT moves, they change email recipients to dead email addresses, rejecting emails after specific time frames, then close the email chain of you don't reply quick enough to where you will have to start the entire process all over again. I believe they try to do this to delay the 30 day refund and then argue that you've exceeded the time period for a return, really sleazy filibuster type move. It's obvious they have no intention of giving you your money back, congratulations doing Satan's work.

Also not an Australian company, they're based in Lithuania, fake reviews on their website, even have strategically placed images of New York Post, Wall Street Journal and NBC, technically not illegal but do it to imply they've been endorsed by these renowned companies to trick the consumer that this is a reliable product when they're not. Make the best decision you could make today and stay far away from this company, warn anyone else thinking about purchasing.

Total rubbish

Total rubbish. Don't heat at all and a complete waste of money. Don't bother purchasing.

Edit - customer care are appalling. Refusing to issue refund and keep offering partial refunds to avoid accepting a return and refunding in full. Avoid!!

Paid money and 2 months on, I still haven’t received it

I ordered a heater in June, 2 months on and I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’ve been emailing the company, going back and forth, I still haven’t got a tracking order. Winter is almost behind us, I had no idea it’d takes ages to get it. The support team seems to be in Lithuania so can’t even get a straight answer re delivery. I tried to cancel order but they say “product left warehouse and we cannot do anything. You can return product if you change your mind.” I can’t imagine how difficult process that might be if I even can’t get the product. The worse experience I’ve ever had!!!!!!

I ordered 4 heaters when they arrived…

I ordered 4 heaters when they arrived one popped and smoked and blew the house fuse, I have not plugged them in since, I have sent emails to this scam company a number of times and record no reply DO NOT BUY THESE HEATERS

Resolved my issue of a refund in 24 hours! Thanks to Trust Pilot

Update: After posting in here 24 hours ago, I now have a received a full refund for the item that was returned to their office in Sydney, 6 weeks ago. Be persistent, they did respond, as promised.
**Previous message: My mother was looking at this heater, and then unexpectantly it was ordered through PayPal, before she knew what had happened. I cancelled the order within 2 hours through Paypal. They received the payment, and the heater did eventually arrive. It has been a constant communication nightmare, Eventually I was given an address to return the heater for a full refund in Sydney. Needless to say, we returned the item and still no refund. 6 weeks later. Unfortunately the case is now closed through PayPal because they delayed every step of the process. We returned the heater, and no communication or refund since. They do not have a valid email address to contact them, that is not in Lithuania, and is responded to.

Unfortunately one is confronted with a cheap product, badly rapped, the boxes one receives are damaged, the product itself is bulky inconvenient, makes a lot of noise, and sometimes works most of the time. While wanting to return this product one is offered 25 %, 50 % than 75 % of the sales price.
The items have to be returned unused, undamaged.
Fascinating how on earth is that going to work.
I forwarded this issue to ACCC and reported it as a scam. Hope that'll helps

Misleading advertising.

The heather absolutely does not warm up the room. After 2-3 hours the room was still cold.
Do not waste your money you will regret it.

Very bad online shopping

Very bad online shopping. I didn't receive the order for a month, and there was no information until I complained to PayPal. The item was not as good as described in the advertisement. Its quality is very poor. When the machine starts working, it will emit a very bad smell of burnt glue, which will make you uncomfortable and dizzy. Moreover, its heat coverage area is very small, which is not what is described in the well heater advertisement. Very disappointed.

Sickly heater

“Wellheater” is a well-organised company scamming people trying to save on their energy costs through false advertising. The products are cheap, Chinese-made junk that arrive after multiple weeks of waiting in a crushed box. So disappointed, I hope this review helps someone before the same happens to them. Zero stars.

This company is a complete scam from…

This company is a complete scam from the ordering process to returns. I was falsely tricked into buying three through the constant funnel process. I accidentally ordered more but when I immediately contacted the company they declined to adjust the order, saying the heaters had been packed.
Then it took weeks for one heater to arrive. The other two never did and a 25% refund was offered. Very annoying and a total scam. The heaters are hopeless to boot.

Be aware if in Australia it comes with European plug and they provide an Australian adapter which looks ugly and doesn’t sit in the plug/wall properly. I was fooled by the advertising of Australian designers but definitely not Australian. Sent them back and had to pay for return postage.

A rubbish company who refused to refund as they advised. I requested refund 2 mins after I placed the order and got response that the warehouse already packed the item.LOL! Anyway, after receiving the product, it was nothing like they advertised, I requested refund, they don’t respond!

Not even worth the wait...

Took almost 2months & 3 replies for it to be received. Didnt even heat up my room, after leaving it running for 9hrs straight. 32 was the highest it went. I wanted to use the well heater to save on expenses & also cost more than they had advertised. I went back to my oil burning heater which I knew would heat my whole room in 20mins but uses alot of power if left on all night. Worst invest I had ever made. Scammed, Lied...so they could line their pockets. They should refund all & get fined or jailed for something I call a crime!

DONT BUY! Ohhhh I wish I'd read all the reviews

Ohhhh I wish I'd read all the reviews. My experience is exactly the same. EU wall connection, and when you plug in the AU connection, the weight of the heater makes it hang from the wall and unsafe. No Australian standards mentioned anywhere. No thermostat or safety cut off value when the temp (supposedly) reaches the temp set. Was so excited for these heaters, but defintely cheap rubbish made overseas, and a fire hazard I believe. I'm trying to get a refund, but got a few emails asking for me to do a survey first, then asking for more info etc etc (which is all shown on the order), but now all info provided, I'm not hearing back from them.
My advice is DON'T BUY! If it seems to good to be true, then it probably IS ! :-(
