Unhappy customer
I ordered 1 Well heater and the invoice arrived for 6!
I contacted the company straight away and within 5 minutes of placing the order and mentioned their mistake. They told me they had already been packaged and dispatched. I cannot believe that that was the case.
Now they have said that when they arrive, I can always return them but at MY expense
I am VERY unhappy and would recommend that people avoid this company.

It’s just my opinion but DO NOT buy this heater. It’s a massively underwhelming, overpriced piece of tat ,manufactured in, well you can probably guess where! The website expectations far outweigh reality. The remote control didn’t work. Don’t get sucked in by the advertising like I, and many others did. I’ll just write this off as an expensive lesson, but I advise you all to avoid.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Ordered one heater and one remote control, received four heaters, four remote controls and a warranty priced at £189. I contacted the company within two minutes after realising they had taken £189 from my bank. I was advised that my order had already been shipped!!! When I received the items I returned them the next day. Now awaiting refund. But if not forthcoming I will open a resolution with Paypal.

Habe schon 6 emails hinterher geschickt, dass ich alles stornieren will -die einzige Antwort ist : ''Bestellung in Zustellung''.

Not an effective product
The 4 stars is not for the product which is rubbish not effective at all even after having it on for an hour at the max temp which in itself is debatable.
However the 4 stars are for Customer Services as they replied immediately when I complained about the effectiveness of the heater requesting a return as per their advertised 30 day guarantee. After offers of a part refund, I accepted 75% of total cost without returning the heater. I had my refund paid back via Paypal within 2 days

As soon as email confirmation came through,(within seconds) I contacted them to say order is wrong. They claim it's already been processed and I cannot change it.

Useless and Dangerous
I received two heaters earlier today.
They are of poor quality! I plugged one in and within two minutes it was smelling of burning and VERY hot.
I disconnected it and had to wait ten minutes before it was cool enough to remove for the house.
I suspect the refund of about £110 will prove problematic.
Do NOT buy!!!!
UPDATE October 14th
I complained to PayPal and received a full refund within 2 hours.
May I suggest other people do the same?
They offered first a 25% refund and told me to keep the heaters which I refused. Then a 50% refund - I refused that - Then a 75% refund, which I also refused. I then contacted PayPal.....
Appalling company with which to deal.

SCAM ALERT £5000 stolen from this company.
I was conned by this company and their very clever advertising techniques. After agreeing to a couple of their special offers and verifying the amount in my app. Around £5000 pounds was stolen out of my account. The amount they should have taken was £242.25 out of my account. The email address I used to ask complain and ask for my money back does not exist. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After researching this company is located somewhere in Lithuania.

If I could give this zero stars I would.
Buyer beware! Crappy product, automated responses, PayPal virtually wipe their hands of any assistance because the company sent the product so you can’t say you never received it. Just a really shit all round experience with zero customer service (all automated frustrating responses)… I got sucked in big time and bought 3 heaters when I only meant to buy one, but there was no option to review your purchase before it took my money, I think PayPal need to take some accountability for allowing them to use PayPal as a payment option for such a shady company. I draw a line under it and figure I’ve learned my lesson, don’t buy off Facebook!!

Tried to cancel my order, now stuck with rubbish product.
Ordered the heaters when trying to save on energy costs. As soon as I had made the order, I checked google and found the company sold poor quality products, poor reviews and in some cases reported as a scam. I contacted Wellheater within 40 minutes of my order being made, and they stated the product was ready to ship and could not be recalled. Products arrived in damaged, obviously pre-opened and re-packaged boxes. Their terms state the products must be returned at customer expense in unopened and undamaged boxes, so I imagine if I pay to return them a refund will be refused. Their automated email responses offer a 25% refund if you keep the product. I am going to contact my credit card company to report, as PayPal also settled my claims in favour of the seller. Do not buy!
