Absolute scam! Ordered one was charged 3 lots of £71 74, 3 lots of £61 98 and £14. 85…£416.61 in total.
Tried to cancel immediately but was unable to due to they were already in transit.
Never received them! I was away when they were apparently delivered. It been a nightmare…

I ordered just one of these useless heaters and I was billed for 3 at huge cost. I phoned them within minutes to demand a refund and the one I ordered.
I was told it had already been shipped
and could not be changed. This shop has to be closed down,they are thieves
it's a theft racket. And this item seems to be a serious health risk. Has anyone else noticed what I found, after about two weeks of use I began to suffer a hearing loss due to the constant whinning noise, I stopped using it and threw it in the rubbish bin. Since then
my hearing has improved again.
Stay well clear of this company and get them shut down.

Heizleistung sehr schlecht , mehr als ein laues Lüftchen kommt nicht ! Für den Preis ein absolut schlechtes Produkt ! Werde den Lüfter entsorgen da sich ein Reklamtion bei der Firma nicht zur Zufriedenheit lösen lässt (kostenlose Rücklieferung und Erstattung des Kaufpreises) eine Erfahrung reicher dort nie wieder zu bestellen !!!!

Erst wurden mir 4 statt 2 Wellheater verkauft, obwohl ich sofort storniert habe. Dann bringen sie kaum Leistung. Das sind Spiezeugheizlüfter. Ich habe nicht einmal mein kleines Gästebad damit warm bekommen. Also Finger weg davon.

Wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe 0 Sterne zu vergeben, würde ich das tun.
Betrügerisches Unternehmen: Ich wollte zwei Artikel kaufen, landete aber immer wieder auf Seiten mit neuen Angeboten, die man aber nicht ablehnen konnte, weil der Ablehnungslink winzig klein war. Tippte man darauf, wurde man wieder auf ein neues Angebot gelenkt mit der gleichen Masche.
Es gab auch keinen Warenkorb, in dem man Artikel löschen kann. Es wurden direkt Lastschriften erhoben, für Artikel, die man nicht haben will.
Nach direkter Stornierung via E-Mail und Stornierung im Zahlmedium (PayPal) und Mitteilung an den Support der Firma, wurde die Stornierung nicht akzeptiert.
Insistiert man, kann man plötzlich auf die E-Mails nicht mehr antworten und auch das Feld, welches für Antworten vorgesehen ist, ist so blockiert, dass man nicht antworten kann.
Die Firma ist absolut unseriös. Finger weg.

Wenn ich
Minus Sterne abgeben könnte würde ich das sofort tun. Die Ware trifft nicht ein. Das Support-Team ist ein Witz. Ob ich mich daran wende oder ich mit einer Wand spreche. Ich möchte eine präzise Antwort auf meine Frage und nicht in kann mich nach 20tagen mal fragen und dann wird geschaut. Ich werde von meinen Widerrufsrecht nach BGB Gebrauch machen. Ich spiele sogar ernsthaft mit dem Gedanken weitere Medien einzuschalten. Solchen Verbrechern sollte das Handwerk gelegt werden.

i hate to admit it but i'm another one that has been conned by this company.i ordered 1 and was billed for 4.what should have cost £40 turned out to cost £220.there's something in the website that does this.i've been told by paypal that it ticks the "automatic payment " box.as per other commentators they refused to cancel and refund within an hour of me finding out.they wanted me to accept and return AT MY COST.now to contact my bank. this company's practices should be black listed

Gerät passt in keiner unserer Steckdosen und fällt überall heraus. Habe eine Reklamation mit Beweisvideo gestartet und werde nicht verstanden, dass ich eine kostenlose Rücksendung vornehmen möchte und eine vollständige Erstattung erwarte.
Es wurde angeboten, das Gerät für 25% Rabatt zu behalten, da von einer Rückgabe abgesehen wird. Aber was soll ich mit einem Gerät, was ich absolut nicht einsetzen kann...
Darüber hinaus erfolgt die gesamte Rückmeldung ausschließlich auf Englisch!

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben, da man sonst nicht weiter kommt. Dieser ist aber nicht berechtigt. Diese Firma ist nur darauf aus, mit fragwürdigen Angeboten schnelles Geld zu machen. Die Heizgeräte sind ein Witz und funktionieren gar nicht richtig. Ein "falscher" Klick und schon ist man stolzer Besitzer der doppelten Menge! Ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen und kann jedem anderen auch nur dazu raten! Kontakt gleich null...

Do not buy this heater. Just does not put out enough heat to make any noticeable difference to even the smallest space. You have to be stood with in 30cm to feel any heat.

Day light robbery- a drop ship company with false marketing, AI chat bot doing all the correspondence and distributing a device which would never pass a safety test.
It was my elderly vulnerable father who fell prey to their scam

I'm surprised people are conned into buying this rubbish. How an earth do you think they work? Electricity. It is so obviously a scam. Facebook and unsolicited ads...Come on people wise up !!! It's the modern equivalent of the lottery win where you never bought a ticket. Just delete and move on.

Another day that YouTube let a scammer use their platform to lie to the public about their product. Every time it gets colder you find another 'miracle' heater turns up on the market swearing it can heat a room for pennies and this one is no different. It tries to bamboozle with phony science that can't actually work unless they have somehow got around those pesky laws of physics but it sounds good so there are people who believe it. Unfortunately for the human race, you can't get high heat from a plug in device for almost zero cost, high heat requires a large amount of energy which cost a whole lot of money, if this heater could do what they promise we would be on the way to solving global warming because we would have a 'miracle' energy source. Honestly, this cannot work, the maths doesn't add up, avoid at all costs.

If you are thinking about buying the heater...one....that's advertised on YouTube. STOP. You are about to be scammed. I thought that I was buying one heater for £49.99. Nope. They fixed it up and sold me three for over £150. And you will not know anything about it. Until and unless you check your bank or payment method....I smelled a rat and 18 minutes after purchase I emailed them and tried to cancel the order. Three times. Each time they said that they send the order to their warehouse and by 1 hour your order is on its way. They obviously didn't check how long it was since I bought it. 18 minutes, so I was ok I thought. Nope. They still insisted that it was too late....Luckily for me I paid with PayPal and they sorted it out within a hour...don't fall for this devious offer.
...and I have just found out that this is some of the immigrants that came by boat and have set up several bogus companies, each selling complete garbage heaters that are made in cheena. That says it all really.

This product is absolutely misleading. The general public and the company should be shut down.

SCAM I ordered I heater and a remote and shipping.
My email kept pinging, they took money from my PayPal and then my bank account until my bank stopped it. They took 167.73 euro. There is no way to stop all the transactions. It’s daylight robbery.
Beware of buying on Face Book.
Go to Trust Pilot and check it out first. I have contacted PayPal and Bank to get my money refunded!
