WiseCP is very good software. I opened my ticket today and my query got resolved quickly.

WiseCP is a very good alternative to Whcms, they really are trying and you can see that. They are more open with users, the website is not resource expensive, needing as little as 2GB of RAM to run without any problems. (Right now, my machine is using only 800mb for everything, including operational system, requirements and website)

WiseCP is far from being what I want it to be, principally because I'm on a country that they do not provide very good billing support for my costumers, but the expected update in two months will partially solve my problem, enough for me to be satisfied.

The support is not very good, they say that they will install the panel for you for a price, but that is not the case if you have your own server, only if you have a cpanel like hosting provider. (And considering that you're starting a hosting company yourself, this is very upseting)

I paid for them to install it for me, the couldn't do it, had to do it myself, the install procedure is VERY VERY VERY confusing and I ran into a lot of problems that they just couldn't help me, because they didn't knew how.

After the panel was installed and I had my fair share of suffering, I had some problems inside the panel itself, but this time they were quick solving my problem.

The moral of the history is: Good panel, just not better than Whcms because it does not have as many addons as its counterpart, but It will become better. The support team will not help you with anything not related to the panel software itself, so if you can't get it installed, well "F* yourself...".

Five stars will only truly be reached for me, when the customer support learn how to troubleshoot the installation of the panel on a sudo machine, not only cpanel. (Only giving it five stars now because I want it to grow!)

Overall, yeah good.

Excellent product without any doubt... although the product is still catching up to the likes of whmcs. I made a bold move to wisecp from whmcs and don't regret as its user friendly and simple to navigate and meets the basic requirements my hosting business requires. Hopefully they team will take on the communities request and build a better customer portal to be like WHMCS or better.. I would definitely recommend wisecp if anyone is looking for an alternative to whmcs.

I had a problem with two custom whmcs modules & servers which could not be imported by default.
This problem was solved within an hour by wisecp support staff.
I'm really satisfied with WISECP and support.

Will Give 5 stars, but there is one but. When i got in problem, i opened support ticket with Technical Department, so, i cannot get answer at all. But somehow managed to resolve problem by myself.
Panel is great, easy to use, better than WHMCS, and other panels - this is one of the bests what i used so far.

A big joke
This one is a big joke. As someone said Fresh install is flooded with silly blog articles, predefined packages, and service categories. On top of everything, updates are a big joke. I have asked when they will update virtualized module, as the new is out for years now, and the old one is so ugly, as from the last century, and spoils the look of the site but they do not want to update it. Support answered this:
"In case of any problems with the virtualizor module, an update can be made. The update is not considered as there is no technical problem at the moment."

So if you want to have nice looking billing/support portal which follows time and development you will not get it here.

Die Softwar ist super, aber wenn es darum geht support zu leisten wird versucht zu helfen, danach heisst es, das es nicht Ihr Problem ist. Somit ist der Fall klar, dass ich kein Kunde von WiseCP werde.

My installation of WiseCP was having some Cron related issues and the support solved the issue and provided patch for another issue.

I was using WHMCS for 15 full years but after their recent incredible high price hike, just like hundred WHMCS clients, I searched the market for an alternative solution.

I ended up with WiseCP. Is a modern script with nice interface and works very well. Sure, it still does not have all WHMCS features. But I believe that the features that it has, are more than enough for the majority of hosting providers. In addition extra features like Blog, Extra pages etc, not found in WHMCS, is a big plus. Of course the superior extra feature, the License Manager, which cost $100 in WHMCS, is including as standard feature, so totally free.

As underline, the support level is great, with fast and easy to understand answers, something that makes my decision to use it, the best buy ever.

This software is a joke. It lacks support of basic features like purchasing addons for active services, handling of domain renewal grace/redemption, distinguishing between hosting accounts and domain names instead calling it all 'orders' collectively. There is no domain suggestions on order form (spinning tlds is not a suggestion tool). Most useful hooks like domain validation during order, are simply unsupported. Fresh install is flooded with silly blog articles, predefined packages and service categories which i was tired getting rid of. I had to rewrite almost all notification templates because of poor grammar. The SMS crap is everywhere. I understand that developer is turkish and i've been in Turkey 11 or 12 times. I know over there you can't take a step without showing ID or verifying your phone number. But the world spans far beyond turkish borders and no one abroad takes care of SMS verification.
