I think Wisecp Domain is the best in the world in the hosting industry. As someone who has experienced WHMCS, you will not need any other software. WiseCP is constantly developing, and many features are offered free of charge in each update. I would definitely recommend it.

Their service was really on point in terms of time and explanation of what is going on. Once the needed info and resource was provided, the issues was resolved. Quiet impressed with their service.

Great Billing system and far better than WHMCS when it comes to ease of use and just the GUI is very slick. Their support is outstanding. Something you will never get with WHMCS. I already got 2 licenses.

Some improvements would be for Rest API for Paypal for single payments. They still use the antiquated IPN system.

It is the best system I have tried. I have finally bought it. It is easy, intuitive, and above all, very secure, in addition to everything working as it should. The best part is the support, I encountered some difficulties and they fixed everything, they answer the tickets daily. The system is very good, especially the concept of simplicity.

In my experience with WiseCP it has great interface fully friendly and responsive, the good think I found it has a good search form and fully customizable, automations function is doing his jobs perfectly, the WiseCP support team is always on hands.

There's no support, can't use a billing software that has no support.
Look at their fourums they never answer any questions nor do they respond to support emails etc.

It's a shame because if they put in the work they would be big right now. If you want to sell it off let me know.

To respond to your response. I sent you a ticket over 3 months ago and responded to that ticket asking for an update in which case I received no reply. The ticket was about your lack of ENOM intergration and that you stated in the passed that it would be added. But no reply. (bet you remember now)

In your forums there is a presales section in which it states you will respond, in which you don't.

You also have a support section in which you don't respond I am sure you would rather your users handle that but they don't, nor should that be your expectations, it's support you should handle it.
Nonetheless then my review is truthful and acurate.

Thank you for confirming what I have said about your forums and lack of support in them.

Because you say I didn't do something doesn't make your response valid nor your point:
*I've provided my email subject details( you choose to ignore)
*You have confirmed twice you have identified me because you can't find an email from months ago confirms to me what I have reviewed because that means you never responded to it, like I said in my review.
*No one has access to your system so saying it without you proving anything means nothing. See that works both ways.

I mean honestly because you type here that I didn't do something is that supposed to be the golden ticket? I have provided more details to my point of contact than you have provided that I didn't.

To me all you did is validates my review even more.
The very reason I chose to send an email vs. open an account. But rather than address the review with possabilities of change you address it with questions of validation. If I was writing this review just to hurt your product it sure wouldn't look like this.

And I clearly am not the only one who feels this way about support TrustPilot has a bunch of others stating the same thing.

Done responding clearly no changes in how you handle things are going to be made, you're right the potential customers are wrong, I get it.

There is no software that I haven't tried about all hosting and server until today, and I'm glad the only software I said was WiseCP...
Everything is at your fingertips "and easy to manage!
What I say better is; the staff working hard and not withholding support at the highest speed according to the intensity, and in addition to this, they convey your problem and solution to you even in all problems with add-ons and special processes other than their own software.
I am extremely happy to work with the WiseCP family since 2018 and it is our only assurance that I will never change.

WISECP is revolutionizing hosting automation. Their support team is superb and they always respond timely and with detailed responses. Their dev team is extremely dedicated to adding new features, fixing bugs, and adding enhanced functionality to the software. The software is very modern, user friendly, and in my opinion better than WHMCS in several areas. WISECP has lots of room to grow and I am excited to know what awesome features they add in 2023!

Yazılımsal olarak henüz stabil değil ve çok eksiği var. Bazen yazılım çok kasıyor ve panelde işlem yapmak zorlaşıyor. Aynı sunucuda whmcs kullanıyorum onda ise hiç performans sorunu yaşamıyorum. Bu da wisecp nin kasan bir sistem olduğunu gösteriyor
