We have been WiseCP clients for a year, having automation software that has made our relationship with our clients much easier.
Although the implementation has not been free of unforeseen events, it must be recognized that they offer technical support that responds within 24 hours and in a very efficient manner.
All the options that have not been developed are predisposed to evaluate them for new versions and they very kindly receive feedback.
I highly recommend the product.

As a company that provides server services and web services, I use wisecp. It gets a much better structure with updates. I switched from WHMCS to WiseCP 3 years ago. Even though there are minor glitches, I am very pleased. The support team works very well. If they continue like this, they will surpass other giants.

I like this system because of many of it's features is created for offering a professional typing services and their support is awesome!

Helpful customer service. Excellent system. Define exactly what you want and document it in detail, and they will help you within a few hours.

They are completely solution oriented and fast. I am very glad that I switched from whmcs to wisecp.

Çünkü kendi sektörümde WISECP her türlü ihtiyacımı karşıladığı gibi otomosyon özellikleriyle her türlü ihtiyacımı fazlası ile karşıladı. Kesinlikle dünyada yaygın kullanılması gereken bir otomasyon. Biz hosting firmamızda yıllardır kullanıyoruz. Yurt dışı yazılımlara örnek olarak daha gelişmiş ve daha uygun maliyetli.

Zgłosiłem to do pomocy - Problem został rozwiązany w ciągu kilku godzin, co bardzo ważne to bardzo krótki czas, ponieważ w tym czasie nie mogłem sprzedawać części moich usług. I was looking for an alternative to WHMCS as they got too expensive, and luckily found WISECP, easy to set up, and if you really need the support, these guys are there and answer so quickly and fix your issue!

The reason we chose WiseCP is the sheer beauty of it. Other web hosting billing software looks like '90's programming compared to this. As is to be expected with complex software, there were some questions while setting it all up. Those questions were without exception answered switfly and adequately by the WiseCP support staff. We are very impressed by this, and it gives us confidence about the speed of solutions when there might be adjustment needed in the future (for example, when a payment gateway or a domain registrar changes something in their API, or incompatibilities arise as hosting software gets updated). All in all, a very pleasurable experience!
